When you arrive at St Marco Polo airport I think the best way to get around is to go to the travel desk (on the left as you exit arrivals) The staff are VERY helpful and speak good English. you will need to buy a transfer ticket for the boat that takes you from the Airport to your destination 24euros...

Our room was tiny. And with our 3 suitcases, there wasn't much room left! Other than that it was a charming hotel. I would consider staying here again, however I have found a hotel nearby that I prefer.

We liked the 'old' style hotel with lovely staff , excellent breakfast and close to the vaporetto and ferry to Airport depature point. Pleasant local eateries too. One complaint only which nothing to do with the hotel (unless vehicle was in car park), but one night a car alarm went off repeatedly. Although on a cheap deal, the hotel responded...

Just returned from 4 nights in this hotel. The room was basic but very clean & large. Beds were very comfortable and nice clean white linen. Mini bar with small amount of items inside. Walk in shower, toiletries supplied and lovely white towels changed daily. Breakfast same each morning but plentiful and replenished frequently. I would recommend this hotel for...

We visited Venice for a short break. We chose this trip mainly on price and had a great time. It is a lot cheaper to stay on Lido but the fantastic vaparetto sevice meant all of Venice and the surrounding islands were easily accessible so we did not feel we were missing out. In fact the Lido was a nice...

This hotel is so friendly, the staff are the best I have encountered in a long time. Breakfast was a mini feast with hot & cold choices. Cozy bar with free welcome drink of Prosecco. Right near the Alliguna and Vaporetta boat stops! Rooms cleaned every day with clean towels ect. Downside: we stayed in room 430 and had to...

Welcome Friendly & warm. Staff very helpful. Rooms quiet considering how many were staying in the hotel. Room very comfortable well proportioned for us. Handy for travelling on the vaporetto (water bus) so that you can get around the city very easily to see the sites that Venice offers.

We spent a most enjoyable long weekend in the hotel. It was very comfortable and we had a good-sized room. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were fine although one minor criticism is that there were not enough staff on duty when it became very busy. The hotel is NOT dated or in need of some tlc; it is...

A nice little hotel that is a little dated but exactly as you’d expect in Italy and it fits in. Our room was large (we were given a family room for 2 of us) and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also a good size and both were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I disagree with...
