After reading some of the reviews I was slightly worried about staying at the hotel. However it is a great hotel, spotlessly clean and the location is superb, 5 mins from the water taxi stop. We were on a travel zoo deal so value for...More

Rialto market is daily and well worth a visit. They sell everything!
I hope that you have a lovely time-it’s a tranquil place, complete with a great beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The hotel is easily accessed from the vaporetti stop too :)

It is easier to buy a two or three day pass at the airport. It covers the coach ride to Venice Piazza Roma and back and all vaporetti rides. Cost was 52 euros in July 2017. Buy the pass at the airport transport desk when departing the airport pick up the bus outside the airport (number 5 if my memory serves me well). Then get the vaporetti to Santa Maria Elisabetta for Lido. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from there.Very easy to navigate. Get yourself a vaporetti map ( it's like a London Underground map and shows all the vaporetti routes).Three days is plenty to see it all including Morano and Burano islands. Great hotel choice. I wish you a truly enjoyable stay :) Feel free to ask anything else
