We made reservations for a night on our way from Salt Lake City to Missoula. We had to cancel due to a critical emergency in SLC requiring an ER visit and overnight hospital stay. We called the afternoon of our reservation to let them know we couldn't make it. I was told that we would receive a phone call from...

@skitched814 I apologize that you've had such a negative experience with us. I'm not sure who it was that you talked to but I can assure you that management never received the message or I would have contacted you personally to resolve the matter. This is also the first time I am seeing this review because we had not previously...

Booked 3 nights and 4 days here with plans to drive into Yellowstone each day. The website is misleading. The room was quaint with a cozy cabin feeling and view very beautiful. The size was comfortable for our party of three. There was a hole in the wall though, water pressure very weak in shower and housekeeping did not always...

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your experience with us was not a 5 star one. I'd like to know, if you don't mind, what dates did you stay with us? Many of our wait staff issues have been addressed and our "untrained" staff has received much more training over the past few weeks. I'd really like to...

It was the first day of the summer season when we turned up at the Anglers Lodge and the new staff were all in training. This was clearly to our benefit as all were doing their level best to please. We stopped by with the intentions of taking lunch as the weather was not good and heavy showers were the...

Main lodge and supporting facilities ok. Quiet restaurant with nice deck overlooking the river. Nice views. Fishing heavily pressured outside dining. Staff ok. Some administrative issues. Helpful in providing guides.

I stayed here on a trip to Yellowstone. It is not as close as I had hoped - but that's not a hotel issue - just note that it is in the middle of nowhere, and there are many other places to stay closer to the west Yellowstone entrance. I booked this based on ratings and the amenities it offered....

This is an old Island Park icon located right on the banks of the Henry's Fork river. I have stayed with them numerous times over the years while fishing through the area. I believe that they have started to price themselves out of the market. On a recent trip I paid big city prices for an old room. The furniture...

All staff were outstanding! The view was outstanding! The rooms provided everything one needs to enjoy their stay! Love the beds and pillow! Very clean and very comfortable! Dinner was well worth the price and the portions could serve two! Loved the salad! And a well stocked bar with a great selection! And I need hot water and we got...

We stayed one night at the Angler's Lodge this week. It looks just like the photo on line and we recognized it from down the road. It sits right on the river. Each room has a door on the river side with a log bench and chair. The river is beautiful. Our room looked just like the picture above with...

No, we did not stay here.... although this lodge looked charming, welcoming, and was only STEPS from the lovely Henry's Fork River... but we did have breakfast in their riverside dining room (as "folks who were passing through town" on our way to someplace else)... and it was fantastic. The unique Maple Bacon Pancakes were like a cross between coffee...

Just 32 miles from West Yellowstone, this lodge is well located for a great overnight stay, and longer if needed. Very friendly and engaging staff, fairly large rooms facing onto a wide river make for a very enjoyable stay.
