This is a wonderful stop after our amazing Spinderella 50 mile bike ride. The staff is very nice and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. We also walked down to the hot springs and booked a massage from Aura. So wonderful, looking forward to next years ride already to stay here again.

The room was clean and the bath tub for the natural mineral hot spring was very big. Lovely place to be at. The world famous lava hot spring was within walking distance and the nearby riverwalk cafe is not to be missed. Only thing to take note is that the train pass by starting from 5 plus in the morning...

The staff are extremely warm and welcoming. We had a long conversation to Scott (owner), who was only too happy to stop and chat. The room was quite tiny, but comfortable and clean. The bath tub was lovely and large, and as promised, has natural spring water. There is a hot tub outside which is also sourced from the local...

Took my wife there for her Birthday. Every thing was great, from the people the room and the hot springs. Booked the Vincent Van Gogh room, had a very comfortable king size bed and a two person hot tub.

We stayed at the Home Hotel on our wedding night and one night after that. We were very impressed with how big that bathtub was! It was amazing and I didn't want to leave it! My new husband and I promised each other our dream house would have a tub just like one in it. We stayed in the Van...

We had a room with 2 queen beds. Super comfy pillow top beds that were new. The entire room was remodeled. It had a 2 person jacuzzi tub. A 3 min. Walk to the hot spring pools. Very quiet and sound proof room. Kind of pricey, but it was worth it for 1 night. Probably wouldn't be able to afford...

Took a road trip for our anniversary and stumbled upon this gem. The staff were super nice, even leaving chocolate and a note in our room. Private soaking tubs in the rooms were very relaxing! We stayed in the original, historic hotel overlooking downtown and enjoyed our room. And yes, the coffee in the lobby was very good!

The room was older but very clean. We had suite 101. It had a couch, tv, microwave, coffee pot, fridge, stove, and a fully stocked kitchen (plates, cups, strainer, hot pads, towels, measuring spoons, etc etc) The bedroom had a queen bed that was very comfortable and a full size bed with a twin bunkbed on top. This room also...
