My husband, 2 kids and I just returned from a wonderful stay in Sandpoint. In addition to the main lodge, there are three cabins available. We stayed in the largest, 3 bedroom cabin (cabin #3). The location of this large cabin is great - away from the road and private with all the trees that surround it. You get a...

This is definitely a good place, where there arent many places to stay. My room didnt have a view, it had a bed and a tv, plenty adaquate. the "desk" was a glorified eng table, my computer was wider than it was. As I was on buisness that was a bit of an issue. The view from the dock was...

So my husband thought I would enjoy a nice "rustic" little getaway.....and he booked a "cabin" at The Lodge at Sandpoint. Upon exiting the main bridge across Lake Pond Orielle and taking an immediate right, we entered the parking lot of the beautiful Lodge. To our right were two out-of-place looking buildings that I hoped were not our accommodations for...

The Lodge at Sandpoint was a very pleasant experience all the way around...the day before we left I called and was able to upgrade our room with no problems at all...I recommend a Lake view suite...the staff was tip top and more than friendly...the room was big enough with a small balcony overlooking the lake...they have kayak and mountain bike...

Our stay was so nice. The room was exceptionally spacious and classy. The master bedroom was very large with comfortable bedding and mattress. The fireplace in there was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. Our lake view was excellent from our suite. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. No hot food like eggs and bacon,...

I had quick business trip to the Sandpoint area and wanted some nice accommodations that was comfortable and quiet. The Lodge definitely was a winner. The guest room I had overlooking a very overcast and wintry couple of days was very comfortable. The room had a nice balcony but it was a bit too cold to spend any time there....

We went here during the winter, had the place all to ourselves except for one more guest! Cheap in the winter, it gets pricey during the busy season. We did some outdoor hiking, and loved the beautiful room. Double shower was awesome.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Lodge. The room looked out to the lake on the second floor. The room itself was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. No road noise could be heard. The room was great, but the lobby was a great place to sit by the fire and read a book. The lodge wasn't...

Spent New Year's Eve here with several other couples and will be back! Beautiful view, outstanding customer service and a well-appointed room. Spend more for a room on the lake side--it's definitely worth it. We didn't have any problems with road noise. Beds are very comfy. It's not "in town," but is across the long bridge that leads into Sandpoint....
