We rolled in to this vintage cowboy motel in our 1958 Chevy Impala and it was like our car was home. This is a cute small motel with nice folks and a comfy feel. It isn't big and the bed was a double that had been around for awhile, but it had everything we needed.

The room was cozy and clean. Nothing special. I liked the themed idea for each room that was fun. The breakfast was a real breakfast. The owner/managers were very accommodating and friendly. The scenery around the motel is beautiful.

Family owned, husband, wife and a lot of kids. They did the best they could to make me feel welcomed, I stayed in the "Elliot" room, named after the cartoon deer in movie, Open seson. And yes they went over board with the decorations. They were suppose to charge for the breakfast in the morning, bust threw it in. Was...

we rented 3 rooms for a family reunion recently this June and they were way more than adequate, especially for the price. But, what makes this place so great is the family who owns and runs it. The owner is one of the friendliest, nicest people you'll meet!! They moved to Salmon from Vegas after buying the hotel only 4...

We stayed here one night on a road trip. The woman (owner) who checked us in and served breakfast was so warm and friendly, it really made the stay a pleasant one. Our room was OK. It is a little older place so the rooms don't sparkle. Our room had a fumigation smell to it and the bathroom was the...

Barbara at the Sacajawea is the best. She goes out of her way to be accommodating and make sure that everything is good with your stay. We stay Fathers day weekend. Rooms were clean and comfortable and you can't beat the $3.00 made to order breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

Stopped here while taking a load of lumber to Bellevue ID. Great place all around! Clean, extremely friendly staff (felt like staying with a beloved aunt and uncle!) The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have "theme rooms", but they aren't cheesy ones like you see in B movies, they're done nicely. I'm a truck driver so I also like...

This place was such a fun getaway! The rooms are older, but kept very clean. The owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet. For $3 you get a substantial delicious hot breakfast. Hands down one of the best places we've stayed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with some small town charm.

The hotel is quaint, but with modern amenities, clean, and offers free wifi. The best part of the stay is the delicious homemade breakfast for $3.00. Barb (owner) and Lou are friendly faces to see in the morning.
