The whole family was here for a birthday party and the staff here could not have done more to make us feel at home. The catering and wait staff were magnificent! We will certainly be back! The weather was cold and rainy but overall, a great time.

Sandpoint Idaho is one of our favourite stops on our way as a Canadian Snowbird to warmer locales to escape a portion of our winters. In summer, this is a destination of choice for many. The epicentre in Sandpoint is the beach immediately outside the rooms of the Best Western but within a block walk of downtown Main Street. The...

We were two 65+ adults traveling and stayed one night at Sandpoint. The view from the room was breathtaking. The restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel) was excellent! Would stay there again and recommend.

Check in was abrupt and rushed. After a 7 hour drive, travelers want a calm, smooth welcome. Very strong chlorine smell in hallway. Right on the train line. Nice view of lake. Complicated access from highway.

Very happy with our 3 day stay in spite of crumby weather. Lake side rooms all have great views. All the staff were friendly and over the top helpful. Restaurant has excellent choices and preparation for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There was one front desk girl who could care less, horrible attitude but other than her everything was great. Location was amazing and rooms were clean. Seems the hotel is old as the walls are very thin.

After a long winter it was nice to get away for a break. The hotel was above average and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although the rail line runs next to the hotel it was not a distraction at all as all rooms face the lake away from the tracks. Really a beautiful setting in the very scenic...

Very comfortable for a longer stay. Great to have the dogs allowed too. Train traffic was a little bit challenging but there is not really anywhere in town to escape this. Very nice lakeside location. Loved the hallway open feeling.

I was a little disappointed with the check in, I had to wait for the front desk agent. The location is great, clean hotel and comfortable beds. The hotel is run down and needs a face lift. Overall, I will return for the location and the price.

My wife and I chose this beautiful location for our wedding anniversary. We were greatly disappointing from the get go. We had a room on the ground level, with sliding glass doors giving a great view of Lake Pend Orielle and the adjoining mountains When I opened the curtains I was disgusted with the dozens of cigarette butts littering the...
