For a Red Lion this property was gross...actually even for a Motel 6 it would be gross. So we made a list of the problems: Broken chair on the balcony, the screen door wasn't even on the track or in working order (just leaned up again the sliding glass door), sitting chair was stained, carpet was stained, bed has mismatched...

Everyone was wonderfully helpful! The room was very clean. We had a small balcony with a chair, which was wonderful. If I had to give one drawback it would be no elevator. Thankfully we only had one bag to carry upstairs, so it truly wasn't terrible. Friendly staff!

Started out when upon arrival half way through the check in the girl helping out decided to make a phone call that was completely odd . Had nothing to do with me or the hotel etc. Got to my room and my remote control didn't work when I called down to the desk the same girl informed me that they...

Our room was not clean. We got there tired and needing sleep. There was bright blue toothpaste on the counter by the sink so they had not even wiped off around the sink. The entryway smelled of pee. The bed seemed clean. We were happy to get out of there bright and early.

The hotel looks slightly outdated, but all the rooms look updated and are clean and comfortable. We usually never have a problem except for the manager checking people in this time was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Housekeeping staff loudly announced themselves in the halls at 9:10 am, disturbing those of us still asleep. I complained at the front desk, and the employee told me she doesn't know what housekeeping does. No apology. No "Do Not Disturb" signs in the room, either. This is supposed to be a "hospitality" business.

The hotel is tired and needs renovation. The attached restaurant was closed. Heating/cooling in the conference room was a problem. Carpet in room was stained and closet doors were off the track. Staff was reasonably friendly, but could use some tuning-up. Bed was very comfortable.

Do not recommend. Not clean, noisey, very run down, Bathtub has scum all around it, and didn't drain well. Sink drained slow and took at least ten minutes to get hot water. Hallway smelled like smoke, room smelled old and musty. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I am so sorry you felt uncomfortable with your stay. We have plans for renovations in the near future. I am sorry these were not in place for your stay. We are putting in hard wood floors. We feel this will eliminate odors and give a nice face lift to our older property. We thank you for your feed back....

My husband and I stayed here for a getaway to go to the Shoshone falls. We reserved a King room with blacony. The balcony fit one chair. Very small. The check in process was fast and friendly. The room, not so much! Dirty, floors were disgusting, hair in the bath tub and sink. the doors are so old you have...

I am sorry we are in the process of renovating our floors. We had hoped to have this done before the busy season had started. Unfortunately this was pushed back. I hope that you will give us another chance in the future to provide a more comfortable stay. Thank you, Cindy

Carol Estridge with the Red Lion went above and beyond for me and my family. Without her the wedding would have been a disaster. It turned out to be a great event, in large part because of Carol. Red Lion, you have a gem on your hands!!
