We absolutely enjoyed the lounge. The service was excellent. Bar tender had great knowledge of the different beers she had on tap. The best part was the no smoking in the lounge so you can relax and enjoy your visit.

Price was ok but no free breakfast offered. Other hotels in this price range offer free breakfast. Room was cold. Heater did not work. Only blew cold air. No refrigerator. Microwave had to be carried to an outlet to be plugged in

My room was impressive, spacious, bed was comfy. In room coffee was good. This was a wonderful surprise. Usually you need to go to lobby or breakfast nook to get a decent cup of coffee. Room was also tastefully decorated. Warm and cozy. There isn't any free breakfast however. You can eat at any of the many restaurants located here...

Nothing like being stuck traveling with a cat and finding out the surprising truth that "pets allowed" really just means "dogs allowed..." Finally making it to Twin Falls after 10 hours of driving, with a Uhaul and an angry cat, our hotel let us know that we wouldn't be able to stay there despite booking a pet friendly room weeks...

The people were all VERY nice and helpful, but it was NOT clean. Hair on the bathroom floor, 1/2 empty bottle left in refrigerator, old guests shampoo and conditioner left on the tub and the room reeked of smoke.

This chain has been more disappointing with each night stay. I like the Elko, NV and Boise, ID location. Twin Falls and Pocatello are out of date with their decor and the repairs to facility are obviously poorly done.

Really comfy beds! If you are only going to sleep here do it for the beds or else you should move on... other than the beds, this place needs an update. There is a "trick" to get the showers to work. Went to the front desk because I couldn't get my shower to work and she told me the trick...

GETTING THERE: The hotel offers on demand free shuttle to and from the airport. The ride was approximately 10 minutes, depending on the time and day; the travel time will vary as is expected. Parking is free for vehicles. (Note: The hotel property and hotel rooms are spread out. Depending on where your room is, I suggest plan to arrive...

I had requested a two queen bed room and assumed all rooms would have refrigerators. Well I found that all pet rooms had no refrigerators. The desk clerk offered to let me utilize the fridge in their office. I brought my insulin, wife's meds and dog food and ice packs in to find that there was no freezer in their...
