We went for a getaway. We had called ahead to make reservations and were excited for our trip. We got there and they couldn't find our reservation and said that they didn't show anything for us, and that they didn't have availability to top it all off. We had taken the shuttle out there, so we had all our belongings...

You would think if you are paying $24.99 per person for a nice easter buffet you would have a nice buffet. Where do I start, not many people there. I expected a line out the door. No line. They did have seafood which I don't eat but the others said wasn't very good. Husband says the crab was hard to...

Friday night seafood buffet is now a joke. No crab and no customers. Hotel must be in bad shape to let this happen after having one of the best seafood buffets in the NW. They can't even keep their food warm now with the new serving trays.

We had some issues with the size of the room. The only reason we had to stay here was because everything in the area at that time was booked up for the basketball tourney in Spokane. We had 2 adults and 3 kids stay in the room. The bathroom shower sprayed suck fine streams of water it nearly hurt. The...

The rooms are always nice and clean and the staff is friendly. The only problem was a couple housekeepers chatting it up loudly in the hall outside our door at 8 AM. When we got to the room it was 75 degrees inside. Other than that it was a very good experience.

I didn't have reservations but they were able to get me a room exactly as I asked. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. I had a very good nights sleep. A little trouble figuring out the t.v. remote but everything else worked fine in the room. A voucher for breakfast or a continental breakfast would have...

My wife and I stayed at the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort on a Sunday-Monday-Tuesday with the group from the Big Sky Travel Adventures. Our room was ready for us when we arrived and we were greeted by friendly staff. We stayed in the original wing. Our room was comfortable and everything worked like it should. We liked the complimentary shampoos/...

Great casino, but the hotel staff are just not concerned about you as a customer. It felt like you were just a number and they had no worries as to how you enjoyed your stay or not. Will not be staying here again.

Casino was awesome but disappointed at the food in the Chinook steak and pasta. The environment was great. Staff good. Pasta sauce blah. The deli breakfast biscuits and gravy. Large plate of very salty gravy? Thanks

Worley, Idaho is far from the center of the universe, but it is less than an hour from Spokane at the edge of the beautiful Palouse Country on US highway 95. This is a comprehensive resort with a full casino, several restaurants, conference center, great spa, upscale and classic hotel rooms and a golf course. I am fortunate enough to...
