The whole house package is a great deal for families. The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two hot & cold shower, spacious living areas, furnished kitchen (with refrigerator utensils, free dishwashing soap), four television sets, direct access to the sea. Free internet. Good view of Talikud Island. Near the market, port, Kaputian Beach Park. The place doesn't have a good...

The Red Parrot Inn is located on Samal Island, one of the pearls of small islands just outside the city of Davao. To get there you can take the bus from Sasa Wharf in Davao going to Peñaplata on Samal Island. In Peñaplata you switch the bus heading for Kaputian. From the busterminal in Kaputian it's only five minutes walk...

My friend and I stayed here for 2 days and 1 night. The staff were very friendly and were ready to accommodate us the moment we arrived. The room was clean and had ample space for the two of us though the bathroom was quite small. The food was delicious and they can even deliver it to your room. They...

The place is a bit far from the bus stop which we took from Davao crossing over to Samal Island, there were just 2 of us so we took a motorcycle, you can also opt for a tricycle. Since the place is remote, there's not much to do there, but it's a perfect place to just relax and chill, especially...

The place is very old, some facilities are ok and some are not. The good thing about this place is that the people are very nice including the wife's owner. She is very caring for her customers. The food was quite expensive but it taste good also. The inn is beachfront and is secluded. I did not like Room 8...

Last April 7 to 11, 2015, we've visited Island Garden City of Samal just to spend a bit time together with my siblings and cousins. I was amazed of the view and everything in this place. Before we went there, we did not expect so much about the place. we are just thinking that this place can be just a...

I booked a cottage and I never expected it to be too big for a lone traveller - it can house up to 3 persons. Though facing the street, you need not to worry going to the beach because it's less that five minutes walk. Toiletries were missing or were just weren't included. There are 4 local channels in the...

We stayed there two nights in a cottage facing the street. The cottage was small but very clean. We take our breakfast in the main pavillion facing the sea. The view from the restaurant is amazing. It is a very quiet place and the staff is very kind. The village also is very relax...no loud music, no karaoke like in...
