Our Residence & Hotel is located in the commercial area of Furiani Lido Marana, 10 mn driving from Bastia city-center, 15mn driving from the airport Bastia-Poretta and 500 m from the sea. Our studios and apartments, with a living area of 31m² up to 65m², are comfortable and spacious. They are well equipped with a kitchenette (with an extra cost if less than 7 nights stay), a private bathroom, air conditioning, a desk, a terrace and free wifi. A 24/7 fitness room is available on the ground floor and a pool on our rooftop is open during summer. Buffet - breakfast is available from 06h00 to 10h00.

The family stayed here for one night as our flight was early the next morning and we needed to get to the airport quickly. We did not use the pool although we would have loved to. It is in sort of an industrial estate so not a travel destination area but it is close enough to surrounding areas of interest to make it worthwhile and less costly than other similar sized accommodations. Downtown Bastia is 10 min by car but parking in Bastia is a nightmare so this is convenient. The apartment was nice, big, clean and had everything you needed. The kitchenette part of the apartment requires payment of an additional fee to access. Breakfast also is available for a fee. We forgot a few essential items and the staff were very quick to contact us by phone and by email within an hour of our departure. They then delivered our items the next working day to a destination of our choosing even in advance of us paying for post, really excellent service…

This hotel is basically OK but its location is not. It’s in the middle of an industrial park/shopping centre. We were dreadfully disappointed when we arrived and refused to check in. Luckily we had a room in another hotel to go to. It’s surrounded by roads and next to a football stadium in a not very pleasant part of Bastia. I would imagine it’s fine for an overnight but wouldn’t be pleasant longer term. We had a problem getting out money back for the booking as we had booked through an app and I had to engage in heated debates with the hotel staff and the booking app to reduce my cost to one night for a room we didn’t use.

Several tools are available on the internet were you can see our exact location and surroundings informations, starting with Tripadvisor. We are sorry you couldn't have the chance to enjoyed our hotel, with daily light, which could have been easier to judge the vue. We are sorry if the 2 hotels you went to before us, were not as good as you wished and moreover, that we were obviously not good enough for you too. We are happy that you found a 4th one to stay in. We are sorry that you couldn't accept a free upgrade, on the calm side of the hotel, with no "parking vue". We are sorry that you booked a discounted, non-refundable rate. Please note we do propose cancellable rates, should any issue occur. We are sorry that we had to stand steady in front of your agressive, rude and patronizing behaviour. Stayed at Residence Lido Marana as our flight was early the next day. Is not close to city center and located oddly in a strip mall, but was impressed by the sleek design and very comfortable room. The best part was the roof top pool that had mountain views on one side and ocean views on the other. Enjoyed a great swim our last night Europe before flying home. you might not want to stay here for the entire time in BAstia but worth the overnight stop.

The hotel is located close to train station ( not noisy station ) so easy to get to Bastia or Ajaccio. The rooms are clean, modern with kitchenette what give you possibility to cook ( my husnad love traditional english breakfast ) with all equipment needed. All shops re near by ( 300 m ) The pool on the roof is great. From one site you can see seaside from the other mountain. Great to relax. The sea side ( beach) is about 10 min walk. Really recommended.

Just off the main road into Bastia (you can just hear the traffic but not enough to keep you up). TV with a few English channels. Wifi decent. A/C effective and quiet. One double pull down bed and two similar bunk beds. About 15 minute drive into the old town, but a good base to get to airport the next morning.
