Excellent customer service! Perfect downtown location. Close to shopping, historical locations, running path along the water, and near the famous Bean & Fountain! Lastly, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful views for downtown Chicago!

Stayed on business for 4 days and had a lovely stay. Location right off State Street and next to Washington station Blue Line route that goes to O'Hare Airport direct. Room was very comfortable and a good size. Had a problem with my credit card, Bill on my reception was, like his colleagues, very helpful and he sorted things out...

Here for ladies weekend. We could walk everywhere. Historic building. Was here before years ago when it was the Burnham. Only problem was the comforters. No top sheet. Only a huge comforter for each person. We were either burning up or freezing. Eventually got out a top sheet and that worked better. Atwood restaurant had very nice food and excellent...

The room appears to be recently updated, you don't have to worry about clean sheets, not much of a view but the inside of the whole hotel is very charming. The Staff was super friendly and location can't be beat. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and found it to be top rate as well. We were able to walk...

This was my 3rd trip to Chicago and my 3rd hotel. This one is a keeper. The décor is very cool and the Atwood restaurant near the lobby has fantastic food and wonderful service. Best part? Finding a hand written note and some snacks in my room welcoming me to the hotel. Can't wait to go back!

I have stayed at this hotel before. The location is great and the staff is helpful and friendly The room itself was very small and not enough room to maneuver comfortably around the bed. I constantly was banging my shins on the bed and that was not cool. I probably would not stay here again for just that reason. Don't...

Stayed here for a business trip. The rooms are really nice and overall stay was very good. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is based on two issues. First is the bed spread. It is an interesting idea to have a specially folded spread but when you are 6'-6" your feet stick out and overall was not...

Great location! Walking distance from the park and all the stores. There is a huge Macy's right in front of the hotel. The service is great, the employees are thoughtful. Brunch at the bar is recommended! Complementary afternoon coffee and cupcakes add extra caring for the guests! I recommend!

The room was comfortable and clean, and I slept like a baby on that mattress. We had a gorgeous view from our room too! The staff were all incredibly helpful and attentive. My friend and I LOVED the little restaurant also (Atwood) as a nice little spot for a drink or a snack. I will definitely be back!
