The Hotel Monaco was an outstanding hotel for our one night in Chicago. We booked the river view Mediterranean Suite and were given a corner room on the 12th floor...it was simply awesome in every regard. The decorating was wonderful, tasteful, warm and cozy. The furnishings were all comfortable and in great condition. The room was beyond clean. As stated...

I was looking for a get away with my wife at a hotel in Chicago. This hotel was a great price for the suite we got. Excellent service. They went out of their way for us one late night to go outside the hotel and get us popcorn. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. I would definitely stay...

Mt partner and I have stayed in a few Kimpton hotels now, and Monaco Chicago did definitely not dissapoint. Very boutique, very clean and great staff. The hotel is well located in the loop and we have easily access North or South Chicago. Chicago river was across the street and best located for shopping in the Loop and Magnificent Mile....

Changmtl, It looks like you are a true Kimpton fan! Thank you for the great review and for your continued loyalty! Its great to hear you love our modern and refreshed fitness center, but I'm sorry we ran out of the bottled waters- I've taken care to ensure that we keep the water flowing now on. Thank you again for...

I picked this hotel because I've always wanted to stay at a Kimpton Property since I've heard and have read nothing but nice things about them. The location was amazing and the room was large and very nicely decorated. When the Monaco advertises that there is a window seat, it is much more than just a typical window seat. The...

To our friend in Virginia, You make a great point about the window seat- they are huge and some of our guests even enjoy taking a comfortable nap up on them since the mattress on them is so plush. What an adventure, sleeping out there and watching the city perched up there. I'm so disapointed to hear that this time...

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Monaco over St. Patty's weekend for a conference. We had a wonderful stay with no difficulties. There are many complimentary items available (even a fish to keep you company!) and the service desk is very helpful. The location of the hotel is prime for downtown access. This is a great location. We just walked to the millennium park and to the magnificent mile. We got the room with a view but was at the end, so you would not see the river outright. You would need to peer out. We had a bay window the size of a twin bed. That was cool! We actually ended...
