We booked the Ritz for our family with 3 boys, ages 6-13, because they allow all of us in a standard room with kingsize bed and rollaway, unlike other local hotels, which insisted on splitting us in two rooms. Thank you. We are so grateful and happy! There is plenty of space, the bathroom is large with two sinks. There...

We have stayed at this Ritz Carlton several times and we still love it. They are in the process of redoing the lobby and I am sure it will be very nice when it is done. I like that the hotel lobby starts on the 12th floor so all of the rooms are above that which is nice. The higher...

My family chose to stay close to home for my children's spring break while also celebrating one child's birthday. The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago delivered a phenomenal experience that exceeded our expectations. The staff surprised my child celebrating the birthday multiple times with birthday cake and gave toys to the other children to make them feel included in the celebration. Their Ritz...

While this property was not quite up to the same standards as others due to it being under renovation, the rooms are lovely and the service impeccable. My daughter and I enjoyed a perfectly lovely getaway in Chicago and our three nights in the Chicago Ritz were a major part of the self-pampering we enjoyed. Great food; beautiful rooms -...

Lovely place to stay for business or pleasure. Close to shopping and easy access to transportation when needed. Hotel is clean and rooms are sharp and neat morning and night. Room service was quick and food was good. The lounge in the evening was very nice, offering a variety of food items and very good cocktails.

My wife and I recently spent two nights at The Ritz in Chicago and we were disappointed. Please understand we have stayed in many Ritz properties. This one is a bit off. Rooms and lobbies are ok, restaurant, not special, and the team was average. I am sorry to write this as we generally love Ritz properties.

My husband and I have stated at the Ritz many times. Each visit is enjoyable. The hotel has a great location, amazing views, a fabulous restaurant, a really good bar (with unbelievable views of fireworks at the Navy Pier), and a top notch fitness center/pool/spa. Stay here at least once in your life...you will love the experience.

Stayed at the Ritz Carlton Chicago this weekend. The experience was outstanding. I have stayed at many top hotels and the service was unmatched. The Club Lounge staff were particularly great with helping plan my sons engagement. Thank you Kyle and Ricardo.

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
