2 nights in Chicago for a wedding. Very nice room. In-room dining is nice but quite expensive-in line with other 5 star hotels. Relatively spacious room with very good, in-town location. Thank you to FS Chicago.

I stayed in executive suite and it was a wonderful experience. Saw all sides of history in Chicago. Had an interesting run-in at one of the clubs recommended by the hotel staff as well, kind of like Moulin Rouge which is metaphor for Scottish Alex Fleming's search for antibiotics in time to cure his loved one -- in the end,... Probably the most beautiful hotel in the center of the city. Everything looks luxurious, and the attention to detail for me it was a must, as expected you will pay for that. Close of everything in the loop. Luxurious. Loved it.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. I still get excited to arrive into Chicago and know we have a reservation at the Four Seasons. Our room was clean and the maid service could not be better. They work very hard to have room ready early and clean early so if you... More

This hotel is the best when it comes to service and luxury. Anything you need is sent up immediately, they email ahead of time for details of your stay to personalize to the max, and the little touches for the kids cannot be beat! Popcorn and a coke when we walk in, a birthday cupcake and a note, a fruit... More

Our family just stayed at the Four Seasons for 3 days - beginning on Saturday to watch the parade to light Michigan Avenue. The Four Seasons is particularly wonderful for children. Our child received two stuffed animals - one at check-in and a Four Seasons teddy bear in her crib. She also was provided an adorable, plush robe. One evening... More

We had a fantastic stay here for two nights on a business trip. The service was excellent. We were on a high floor with amazing lake views. The room was clearly high end and clean, the bathroom was particularly well appointed. If I would complain at all, I would say that the rooms are JUST beginning to age- but still very... More

I am not sure how many times I have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago over the years, but it is a lot. What I love most about the hotel is the consistency. Without fail, the staff is what makes every visit special. I was there for a three-night stay this weekend, and from the time we checked in... More

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Four Seasons Chicago and had an amazing time. As usual, the customer service was outstanding and consistent with our visits to 51 other FS hotels. We really applaud FS for always delivering an exceptional customer service in a consistent manner across all their hotels. The location of this hotel is right next to the... More

Staying in Magnificent Mile

Neighbourhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
