We booked a weekend on our 30th anniversary and had a great time. They sent fruit and chocolate cake to our room. Lake view king room was quiet. As with luxury hotels, they provide room service morning and evening. The bathroom was nicely tiled and the water pressure in the shower was excellent (water pressure is a pet peeve of...

Loved stepping out of the taxicab into the soothing lobby. Loved having the receptionist welcome my kids by name. Loved the smooth and easy check in. Everything was perfect at this Four Seasons. We opened our suite door and were greeted by milk and cookies for the kids and a magnificent view of the city and Lake Michigan. The suite...

How could you go wrong with the Four Seasons in Chicago? You can't. After watching a Caribbean Life marathon on HGTV on New Years Day the hubs and I decided that we either needed to fly to Florida for the weekend or find a pool. We opted for the cheaper of the two options. Aside from the fact that the...

Great location but a little hard to find if you're not from Chicago. One ways around hotel are confusing a bit but once you figure it out it's in a great spot. Valet is $70 a day so I found a deal on a parking garage website for a complex two blocks for the entire weekend for only $30.

Returned to the FS Chicago for 3 nights in a suite. Lived up to our last trip, with kind, friendly staff, and excellent accommodations. Chris quickly checked us in and upgraded us to a corner suite when our assigned suite was not yet ready. Gym and locker room amenities are top-notch, and our room service was accurate and timely.

We booked a staycation Jan 1st in hopes of starting a tradition with our little ones (10m, 2 and 3yrs old) and arranged for the "Let's get away" package. My family decided on a stay-cation this past holiday, and chose The Four Seasons based on proximity to lake and shops. From the time we arrived, the staff were polite and courteous and the kids were pampered! Even in an ice storm, we had a great stay!
