My girlfriend and I stayed at Roscoe Village Guesthouse last year and are planning a return trip this year. We stayed in the Penthouse at Roscoe Main and could not have been happier. After looking at the prices for hotels in the area we decided to spoil ourselves and stay in a Penthouse for the same price as a hotel...

Roscoe Village Guesthouse is the perferct spot for a weekend getaway for families, couples, and girlfriends alike. The spacious set up and great amenaties were just what our family needed! I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a bright space for a weekend in the city. The only minor disppointment was the lack of family room seating....

Came in with a group of girls and stayed at the Lincoln park location. Located in a great area close to transit and we felt more like locals than tourists. The place had everything we needed and the service we received was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a thoroughly good time at this residence. Not being from a big city, we were leary of what to expect even though we had read the reviews and seen the pictures. We loved how close we were to the Village and shopping, somewhat close to the Train, however, we loved the Uber website that was recommended to us...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the unit in Roscoe Village. The property is exactly as described but better. The beds were so comfortable. The best I have slept in a lonnnnnnnng time. The owners are very professional and go above and beyond to assist you. I will be using them again in the future. Big thumbs up!

A group of friends and I recently stayed at the Lincoln Park location and had a great experience. The space itself was beautiful, just like the pictures, and nicely decorated. It was a perfect weekend in Chicago with beautiful weather, and we were able to sit outside on the the cute back patio and enjoy a drink before heading out....

Booked well in advance and paid up well in advance but had to get key and entry details 48 hrs before we arrived . The people who manage this property would not answer phone or reply to emails left us extremely stressed and worried finally got a reply day before and he stated he would not answer foreign phones and...

We and another family rented 2 of the Roscoe Village apartments for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Both apartments were stylishly appointed and very comfortable. They are excellently located for travelling into Chicago: an L train station is only 5 minutes walk and its a15 min journey to downtown. There is also a large double garage for off-street...

We stayed at the Lincoln Park Suite #2. The location was perfect. The amenities were above par. We cooked at least one meal a day at our stay and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative (and in the end didn't matter), it took us several phone calls to reach Dave to get check...
