We were pleased to get a good deal on this hotel, since we'd heard downtown Chicago is expensive in general. I think it helped that we only needed to stay one night, and it was a Sunday. This hotel was convenient, located a few block from Millennium Park, and validates parking at a nearby lot so that you get the...

The place locate in excellent location just near to the underground, line to the airport, near to the shopping streets, and Michigan Avenue. The hotel didn't have breakfast, the nearby bar has breakfast, but not rich enough, the price for the breakfast was normal. The rooms was wide enough, and very clean, with coffee machine. In short the price performance of...

Dear Arie H Glad you liked our location ! It is as you say so convenient to the links to the airport - that saves so much time. We have the Elephant and Castle restaurant and that does indeed offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices and is open until 2am daily. We certainly appreciated you comments on...

This hotel is located at very good location. It is just few minutes from the Union Station, Millennium Park, Art Institute of Chicago etc. Staff is very helpful but room size is a bit small but was fine for me as I was travelling alone.

When they say "small" in the description of the room size they should say "shoe box". Stayed here for 2 nights this week and couldn't get out soon enough. I've never seen such a small bathroom too. Even cruise ship cabins have larger bathrooms. The icing on the cake for me was having to go to a closet in the...

With the Ell station right there, you can be anywhere in 15 minutes! Clean, comfortable, good connection and good coffee... What more do you need? It is downtown Chicago, though, if you're sensitive to noise.

Central Loop Hotel is wonderful. My room was the perfect size. If you forget something at home, chances are they have it there--I left my phone charger at home and they lent me an extra one. You can have a yoga kit sent to your room. Staff is efficient and helpful. Great location.

The hotel is located right in the middle of The Loop an there are several metro stations a view minutes walk away. It's easy to experience Chicago by foot because of this good location. Unfortunately the staff is a bit offhand with the guests and not really eager to help.

We loved this hotel: its location is fantastic but the most important things are the extras you get: a fantastic system of free chilled water and a free launderette where you can wash and dry your clothes in a blink of an eye, unlimited supply of coffee and cream and spotlessly clean . Easy check-in and check-out computers. Walking distance to Millennium park, Chicago Art Institute, the Red Line and buses, shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is a cute British style pub. Aside from the room being tiny and the windows looking into a tech office across the street, the stay was great!
