Enjoyed our short stay. For the price, the room was perfect. Staff more than friendly. Needed an early check in, and to our surprise, we were able to check in early. Location wasn't bad. Yes, I'd select this hotel again.

It was perfect for me. I came to a conference in Chicago. The room was comfortable and clean. I used the free laundromat and thought that was a great service. I enjoyed the free water bottles in the hallway. The view from my room (1503) was amazing.

My first time stay was great. Very attentive staffs left me a very great impression of the hotel. I only wish they fix the second elevator soon enough so that I won't have to spend too long to wait for one.

This review is about the staff, specifically Seth and Andrei. These gentlemen were the epitome of hospitality. They helped me to navigate a difficult situation and all the while made me feel like a valued guest. Without their assistance, I would have been an absolute basket case. Thanks guys, for the wonderful help you provided.

Location, room, amenities, service, cleanliness, WiFi - close to perfect. Relative to Chicago's high room rate level, very good value for money. The missing meal option is more than compensated by the countless food options around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a corner room with a great view. What really stood out was the quality of the service. We turned out to be "high maintenance" guests. We plugged a toilet (our fault) and the hotel staff were quick and cheerful in getting us back to working order. Since one elevator was closed for renovation,...

Stayed for a weekend, my room was on 38th floor! What a buzz and outstanding view. The building is historic and room decor dated but functional and fine. I chose a small room but was still a decent size. Location very convenient near by train station (approx. 20 min walk) and underground as well plus close to many bars &...
