The room was small, and we had a view of the side of the buildings not even a pretty view for being downtown. Super small shower and walk way. The staff was really helpful. I saw a sign after checking out that we could have upgraded for $15 I wish we would've known that and I would have paid the...

Excellent location with helpful staff. Right on the river with beautiful views and steps to Michigan Ave. Walking distance to Millennium Park, my favorite coffee house Intelligentsia, Yolk for breakfast, Good Stuff Eatery for lunch and Eately for dinner.

This is a good mid-range hotel at an excellent location at the heart of Chicago. Accommodation is comfortable and facilities are satisfactory. The price makes this place value for money. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Excellent price for its location! Staff was great! I didn't like the bed or pillows; very challenging to get a good nights sleep 😩... the restaurant in the hotel is good and they have an excellent fitness room.

Small hotel situated among a sea of giants (e.g. Radisson, Marriott). Rates (hotels.com) about half what others charging. Only six rooms on my floor. Room was clean, well maintained, basic but stylish. Despite being second floor and facing Wacker Dr., it was surprisingly quiet. You can still hear sirens & horns but regular street noises well dampened. (I am sensitive...

Overall the hotel is decent, however being an older hotel, the heating / cooling is central to the entire building. So even though there are thermostats within the room, you have no control over the temperature, you can only see how much you're going to sweat, as was in our case. We had two rooms, side by side, each with...

the taxes are 25% on the price. The beds and the rest is of poor quality. Overall, The price is way too high for what you get. Also, it's 50$ a night for the parking which they don't tell you until you get there.

I stayed in the large two bedroom suite. The room was comfortable except for the beds. The "Queen" mattress was actually two twins zipped together and was way too firm for my taste. The obvious split between the mattresses was annoying. The full sized bed was equally as firm and uncomfortable. The room furniture was on the old side and...
