Staying 5 nights at the Villa D' Citta was a very super duper experience! My two colleagues and I, after spending full days attending a conference, thoroughly enjoyed the uniqueness of the Villa with all it's amenities, comfort, and above all the warm and gracious hospitality of the Manager, Cathy Hartmann. What a delightful individual that truly goes out of... More

It was such a pleasure to meet you and your colleagues! The biggest compliment is when someone books their return trip before they leave the Villa--and so thank you! We've had a number of business folks as of late that enjoy going to their conference, and then coming to the Villa as their "home away from home". I'm glad that... More

The Villa is just as beautiful as it looks on-line! We were amazed! And, so perfectly comfortable. Cathy, the director makes you feel right at home and is very accommodating. The food is unbelievable; just soo good.. the kitchen made us feel like we could be eating at our grandma's house in Italy. We were welcome to anything we wanted,... More

Such a wonderful experience. The location, the Villa, and Kathy the host all made for an incredible weekend. Hated to leave and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect for a romantic weekend away.

I just returned from a visit with my daughter in Chicago and had the privilege of staying at this bed and breakfast for 5 nights. I have never written a review of any hotel or B&B until now and have traveled quite extensively. Villa D'Citta was better than a home away from home. The design is incredible. The bed is... More

The gang of three from Texas left 75 degree weather and came to Chicago (29 degrees) for the ACHE Congress (healthcare national meeting) being held at one of the large downtown hotels. Our reservation at Villa D' Citta (bed & breakfast) was a total mystery for two of us. Our colleague would not share anything about where we were going... More
