Good rooms-good service-what you would expect from J.W. The food was not the best and it is a bit pricey coming from North Carolina. The room is great and they spent a lot of money on each room. The Lobby is also very good with enough sitting room and you feel the business crowd or road warriors like it. Cost...

We were here for a conference. The location in the financial district is excellent. We arrived by train on Amtrak and the hotel is only a few blocks from Union Station. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Check in was near perfect, basically a "touch and go." We used the Marriott app to check in ahead of time...

Currently here for the night while in Chicago for work. Convenient location, walkable to the metro and many city sights. Front desk and bell desk staff are pleasant, and I don't feel like an imposition when approaching them to ask for assistance. Staff in the Executive Lounge are also very helpful. Guest room is clean and cozy; classic yet updated,...

By far the nicest hotel room I've every stayed in. It was spacious and luxurious. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. I was there for business so had work to do and found the desk was small and the outlet on the desk lamp didn't work but I still loved the room. The location was also super convenient and easy...

Spent two nights at the JW and booked this property for its location near the Privatebank Theater. We took the blue line in from the airport and walked the few blocks to the hotel. Caught the red line for a Cubs game and were in walking distance to the Art Institute and great restaurants. The room was comfortable and we...

We stayed here for one night and had an exceptional stay. Good location close to millennium park and the loop. Very friendly staff, especially in the executive lounge. I would highly recommend a stay here, we will definitely be back next time we are in Chicago!

This hotel did not disappoint. Great place to stay for business central to the core. Rooms were clean and not a bad size. Staff was very accommodating. This is a big hotel so be prepared to but some time in walking through it depending on where your room is in relation to elevators. I would have no hesitation recommending this...

I enjoyed my stay at the JW. It is the classic style that you would expect from the higher end Marriotts. The room was great, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfy and the room was quite. Concierge lounge was well stocked and had a nice selection. Will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

My headquarters is in Chicago and I'm in Chicago every other month. My room is always luxurious. I love the marble in the bathroom, mirror tv, water in the room. I'm a member of the Marriott platinum club so I love all the extra's you get.

A black guy, wearing a navy suit, London Fog navy diamond quilted coat and black gloves, walks into a hotel. He's rolling a piece of luggade and a coordinated backpack. The joke ends here. So, it's 1:55 AM (4/7/17 ) and I finally make it to Chicago after a few hours of delays. I arrive at the JW Marriott Chicago...
