The hotel has a convenient location, just a few blocks from the Art Institute of Chicago and other Michigan Avenue attractions. Our room was on the 10th floor. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the second...More

This hotel is very nice, yes. The service was unfortunately very subpar. Asked for a cot/rollaway bed and was told could not due to safety. Haven’t heard that one before. Our toilet did not flush. Called and requested maintenance and were told would be fixed....More

The hotel itself is nice, but service leaves a lot to be desired. When I got to my room, I discovered that no toilet paper had been left in the bathroom. Weird. A quick call downstairs remedied that, thankfully. But housekeeping was woefully bad during...More

Opened up earlier Monday thru Friday than on weekends for excellent breakfasts. Can’t recall exact times - front desk staff very responsive and would provide exact times for when you plan to be there.
