This is a quaint bed and breakfast with a friendly hostess. What we didn't like was the price, which was higher than what was posted on the website and other travel sites. So make sure to ask about seasonal rates and extra fees and taxes.

Annie's is located in the gorgeous Lincoln Park neighbourhood. It is the basement suite of her house, but with plenty of light. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and she had housekeeping every day. We could walk everywhere easily and catch public transportation within a couple of blocks. We didn't have to drive once. My family enjoyed our stay here. Annie is so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with numerous items for us and is restocked each day. In a quiet location. Close to shops and transport. A great place to stay!

Annie's B&B is like a home away from home. It is comfortable, well stocked, well kept up, clean, convenient and quiet. It is close to two El lines and was within walking distance to our family's home. It is located in a nice quiet, safe neighborhood, so walking at night was not a problem. There are lots of stores and...

We stayed here for several days in August for a wedding. The place is immaculate. Plenty of room with ample closet space and drawers. Annie provides you with eggs, english muffins, butter and jellies, and cereal for your breakfasts. The area is full of great restaurants, bars, and blues clubs. Taxis are easy to get and the train is a...

We rented Annie's Lincoln Park B&B in June. The B&B was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It had every accommodation one could need including fresh breakfast items. The B&B was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We slept soundly after a long day in the city. It was a great experience to stay in the neighborhood (vs. a hotel)....

This is a well-kept downstairs flat in a semi-modern (fairly nondescript) building. But a comfortable location on a quiet street. And of course, the price is right when one factors in parking, free breakfast (make your own), kitchenette, etc.

Stayed here for 3 nights in June 2012. This is a fantastic gem of a place to stay in Chicago, reasonably priced for what is an expensive town to stay in. You get a small apartment under Annies main house, you have a large room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bed is the most comfy i have ever slept...
