I stayed two weeknights at the Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel, receiving a Lifetime Platinum upgrade to a corner suite on a high floor. The suites are spacious, comfortable, and attractively updated with one exception--the bathtub. My main complaint with Marriott Hotels in the US and with US hotels in general is the reliance on a bathtub with a barely...

A very nice room, comfortable bed, easy going lobby. A very nice hotel in the Ohare area. Stayed for a park and fly the night prior to a trip and all went well. Check in was very quick and parking was easy in a garage.

We spent one night at the Renaissance due to a early flight out of O'Hare. It was a very nice experience. It is a little bit far from dinners and other eating places, so you will probably have to eat at the Hotel (it has a very good restaurant). The shuttle to O'hare works very well and the drivers are...

What a great place! I booked through parksleepfly.com and ended up not getting what was promised...less nights of parking than what was on the website, meaning my additional parking bill would've been $120 at the hotel. There's no way to contact the company except through email, so I thought I'd be stuck. Nope, the young woman at the front desk...

Service is average at best for a Renaissance, but overall a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and updated, and affordable if you plan 1-2 weeks out. I really enjoy this hotel when I have the need to spend a couple of hours catching up on "office time". Convenient location when flying in to ORD, and a good full service...

The renovations have really added a little spice to the overall look to this property. The restaurant/ bar closes rather early for a airport type property. But the location and ease of navigating to and from the airport are major pluses:

What can I say, no slippers, no bathrobe, No toothbrush, no free internet, no free breakfast for $135, plus had to pay $30 for parking, I mean for that price for the room there should be at least Internet or god damn slippers, The place is not worth the money, the bead was comfy.

The only thing that was affordable were the rooms. The problem I had was the reservationist didn't disclose the $50.00 deposit on each of our rooms, the $30.00 parking fee, and the $22.00 breakfast buffet. Stephanie at the front desk was amazing and helpful in resolving a stressful birthday weekend with friends and family. It's a nice hotel, but very...

Dear Brenda M: Thanks for your feedback. My apologies for not communicating the items that were important to your stay with us, particularly at the point of reservation. Each of the items you mentioned should have been explained in advance especially if you have a car and would be parking in our garage. I am glad Stephanie rose to the...

My husband and I stayed here right before the New Year for my birthday. We initially planned to stay only for two nights, but ended up staying four nights. We had initially booked at a different hotel, but because their pool and work out room was closed until January, we switched hotels. We also had just spent the last 8...
