Great location in Chicago. Near trains, shopping, entertainment. Breakfast is included. The lobby is a little strange on the 5th floor in the eating space, but it works unless you are checking in early. Nice hotel.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We were looking for a hotel with adjoining rooms to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday in Chicago. This hotel has nice rooms and getting two adjoining rooms was no problem. The hotel is a historic hotel that has been renovated and it always included the theater. It was built in the "Beaux Arts style and influenced by neoclassical Roman ad...

Located in an historic building, this hotel offers no views of the lake. In our room, only the backs of office buildings. The rooms have been updated. Our standard King was o.k. but not very large. The location is perfect for Hamilton and accessibility to restaurants, the lake front, and shopping. Friendly staff was attentive to our needs.

Narrow hotel nestled into the bustling activity of the downtown are. Easily accessible, this hotel offers a wonderful stay for any traveler. Into the arts? Hit the theater next door? Want to try an Irish pub? Just a couple blocks away. The rooms. Boast high dramatic ceilings and a low lit ambience. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom offers...

Originally my colleague and I were suppose to stay at the Palmer for the Psychology conference we were presenting at, but I am glad they were all booked up because I loved staying at the Hampton Inn. After a full day of talks, and presentations, I am glad we had this hotel to come back to which was just down...

We stayed here to see Hamilton next door which was great. Our room was very nice and we were very happy with our stay. Since we were right next to the Private Bank Theatre meant that we could park our car for the whole weekend and not have to drive anywhere. Highly recommended.

This is such a great location in the Loop. The Majestic Theater is right next door and seeing Hamilton was the main reason we were in town. There are great restaurants just steps away. we dined at the Berghoff before the show and the next day walked down to Italian Village for another great meal.

Stayed here for the convenience to the theater. Room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel in downtown Chicago. The pullout sofa bed was a bit worn and could be replaced for a fresh look and feel. We liked the breakfast buffet, however, it was difficult to find a seat. Would be lovely if they could expand seating in this area,...

This place is in a great location. This was our first visit to Chicago, and we found the staff to be outstanding. They were all friendly and knowledgeable and also helpful. The rooms are also a great value. No need to look around for a different place next time. We'd stay here again and again.

The location was perfect, less than half a block to the L or bus. The front desk staff was very friendly, helping us find a late meal after arriving. We would most definitely stay here again, and will recommend.
