I had a great week based at the House of Two Urns while exploring Chicago. I was travelling alone, something I don't normally do, and enjoyed the communal breakfasts with friendly company. My room was quite small, but fine for my needs: I don't travel with huge amounts of stuff or need to spread out a lot. I was a...

House of Two Urns was amazing! The room was immaculate and daily breakfast quite yummy and freshly prepared. The coffee was strong and delicious too...an uplifting beginning to any day. Parking was easy and the neighborhood around Greenview Ave is very cool and safe. I walked around and found a local bakery and other shops. I can't wait to come...

The location was very convenient, the blue line is a couple blocks. Our room was comfortable, the common area with full kitchen was an added bonus. The jacuzzi bath with aromatherapy was wonderful after a day of sightseeing. The garden outside pleasant. The staff was friendly, we felt at home. The breakfasts were amazing! The other guests were very interesting,...

Our family of 5 stayed at the inn in May while in town for our daughter's graduation from college. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. GREAT breakfasts. We felt at home from the minute we arrived. The Inn is decorated with the owner's extensive and eclectic art collection--very unique and fun. We wish we could have stayed a few more days, it...

We had a big room in the attic that fit our whole family...4 and visiting guests. The grounds were great with an edible garden right next to it. Free parking and delicious breakfasts were some of the many amenities. They passed on their discount to us for popular tours. A terrific place to stay, We'll be back!

We chose this B & B based on TA reviews and it's proximity to the subway. Loved being able to use the guest kitchen/laundry and sitting room. The whole building was charming and filled with interesting art and books. Breakfast each morning was gourmet quality- Kapra is an awesome cook, such light muffins. Conversation around the breakfast table was a...

Our hosts welcomed us with open arms when we got to Two Urns. We were shown to a fine room, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The shared bathroom was impeccable. While we didn't use the kitchen -- which seemed quite convenient and fully functional --, we enjoyed beautiful, home-cooked, tasty breakfasts. The location, a less than five-minute walk from a...

A wonderful place for an extended stay: great breakfasts; great Wi-Fi; full self-catering available in a well-appointed kitchen; a very good location within minutes of the sub-way & buses to almost everywhere! Look no further. The staff were interested and helpful with advice & bookings. Breakfasts with a succession of new guests from around the States & elsewhere were fun...

Everything about this B&B in wicker park appealed to me. The individual rooms, the location close to, but far enough from downtown. The breakfasts cooked the first few days by Bob while Barbara welcomed us were lovely and the chance to speak to other guests. When they left, Sara stepped up and continued where they'd left off - booking tickets...
