Unfortunately did not read quite enough reviews to get the full picture of this place. It's important to understand there is NO ONE at the front desk from about 8 or 9pm (maybe 10?) until 3 or 4pm THE NEXT DAY. NO ONE. There are no phones in the room. There is a number to call if you "need something"...

Be advised: NOT A TRADITIONAL HOTEL. Many of the other reviews have nothing to do with this particular property and should be removed, please read those carefully with that in consideration. This a 1920s residential skyscraper with small businesses on the first floor and much renovation in progress throughout the building. You are getting the privacy of renting an apartment...

We recently spent 5 nights at the Pittsfield in a 2-bedroom suite. We approached it with some trepidation due to mixed reviews. We found the accomodation and facilities adequate, but the most important attribute - one that cannot be overstated - is that for first-time visitors to Chicago the position is excellent. Located across the road from the Chicago Cultural...

Ok, there are many different reviews for this hotel so i hope I can help. Yes, this is not a "HOTEL" its an old building (that used to be charming, still is kinda cute) where many "hotels" rent apartments, also many students live here. Yes, theres no concierge or front desk, theres a woman in the afternoons till 8 or...

Dear guest, a review like this describes exactly what services we provide. Thank you for the correct appreciation

The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance to tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and the subway. The place was clean. Getting here from the airport is easy as you don't have to change lines. I was a bit worried because of the recent negative reviews but pleasantly surprised. That said, it is important to realise that this...

Worst hotel stay ever....The are definitely overcharging for the type of service they offer. The hotel manager is usually not there, so you have to talk to somebody that works for the building (not the hotel). That includes leaving your keys when you check out. They don't store your bags after your check out. Everything is weirdly informal. The entrance...

The absolute worse hotel I've ever been too! There is no parking, you have to pay to park at the millinieum parking garage, so expensive. My father fell in the bath tub because it was so slippery, no mamagement on property. Called the phone number provided by Oksana( front desk receptionist) who was so rude. Called four more days no...

This review is from the same guest as the last review, so will have to answer it exactly the same i'm afraid. To tell the truth, you wanted to check out 10 minutes after you’ve checked in, saying you need to go to Indiana. Not sure who books something for Chicago, but needs to be in Indiana the same day....

Service? NONEXISTENT Cleanliness? I doubt these people can even SAY the word Clean. NOT a place to take anyone with a disability of ANY KIND. My poor disabled father fell in the bathtub.
