I stayed at the Blackstone during a convention recently and the service was superb. I especially want to give a shout out to Anthony, the doorman. He was charming, helpful, funny and an absolute delight! Kudo's to such an excellent employee.

My stay here was nothing short of AMAZING!! From the valet service, the bellhop Anthony, Front Desk Takita Bryant, Concierge Abraham, and Club 1600 Lounge Attendant Norma Munoz have provided us amazing service from check-in to check-out. They made my best friend birthday celebration weekend amazing and truly made her feel special. I can't wait to come back and I...

My two older children and I went to Chicago for Spring Break, and chose the Blackstone for several reasons. First, it looked very interesting in terms of architecture and interior decoration given its history. Second, the location was perfect for easy access walking to most of the museums and Millenium Park. And third, I'd heard that the staff were outstanding....

We arrived without a reservation, and the valet took care of us right away. Tekita Bryant welcomes us, helped get a reservation started, and got us settled into our rooms right away. She was extremely helpful and insightful.

Exceptional customer service from valet to the bellman to the front desk for check in. The hotel is immaculate. The architecture is frim 1908 and designated as a Chicago landmark. The drinks were delicious. Perfectly made😍 The only reason I gave it 4stars was due to being mislead that the McCormick Place was walking distance which was the main reason...

Hello, Mrs. B., I am so sorry that you were misled about McCormack Place being within walking distance - I would appreciate getting more information on who would have said that as we generally are quite specific about the distance to the convention center. Other than that, though, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed so much...
