We stayed here for a conference and were very impressed. It was a nice change from the mega-hotel that most conferences are at. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were on the 6th floor and awoke at 5 AM one morning to the sound of dumpsters being emptied, so I would try to get a high floor....

Have stayed at the Blackstone many times over the years. Always make it a point to spend New Year's there for a great time. The service is simply the best. Lisa Negron at the front desk is the consummate professional and totally dedicated to ensuring guests are well taken care of. The rooms are extremely well serviced and well appointed....

This was my second stay at the Blackstone, my first being about seven months ago. I used a business trip to Chicago as a convenient excuse to stay at the Blackstone. As I said in the title this is a historic hotel that is very elegant as well as very comfortable. The location on Michigan Avenue in the central loop...

The inside is gorgeous. Our room was clean and very quiet. Not a lot of room to move around with a king sized need and a fold up single bed. The marble in the bathroom was beautiful. Our room looked directly into other buildings so not much of a view at all. Very nice area.

Part of the Marriott chain and has some charm to it unlike the larger conference hotels in Chicago. Good size rooms but not so well equipped and personally would have liked a fridge in the room. Free wifi if you are a Marriott member. Downside for me is that it is further south than I generally like to be so...

Not your run of the mill Renaissance. This property was just plain beautiful. My only complaint is I was only able to stay one night. As always I appreciate the upgrades as a platinum member. Do a web search and you'll enjoy the history that this building has experienced from gangsters to Presidents.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was every morning at 4:30, I was woke up by the garbage truck. The room was great , large, clean and an amazing shower. Staff was excellent.and the bar had amazing drinks. The ladies who ran Starbucks were a hoot!
