Thi hotel is in a great location to enjoy a Cubs game and there are lots of food places nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff was friendly. I would return here.

I was fooled by the price although it wasn't low . The room is very very very narrow that you one person can't even move , how about two ?!! The hotel is getting renovated and changing into another chain hotel. The housekeepers are very rude , they kept slamming the doors of the rooms they were cleaning and considering...

Sorry that your stay wasn't a success. We have tried to keep the renovation project from being an inconvenience but sometimes it just wasn't possible. The housekeepers will be reminded to work quietly. All of our rooms are of different sizes. Perhaps you had the smallest less expensive option and that was all that was available. We will always be...

It's a nice hotel. As going under changes and construction so restaurants facility was not there. As I was there Ina official visit so room stay time was very lesson my two night stay. Rooms were a bit smaller in size but clean and having facilities like temperature control locker coffee maker tv a queen size bed. As I generally...

We hope that you do come stay again for we want you and all of our guests to have the five star standard you write about. The renovations are nearly complete we will be there very soon. Thank you for reviewing and for the compliments. We have unfortunately discontinued the complimentary breakfast. As you have found there are many options...

Don't expect any other Days Inn you stay at, anywhere in the USA, to be as Boutique as this property. It has excellence in location and in ergonomic room efficiency. The staff is adequate.

This property has undergone a major upgrade; even the hotel name is changing. They were still finishing the lobby while I was there but everything looks great! I was there on a work project and needed a business center so was not able to complete my full stay but it is the ideal spot for Cub fans. Walking distance from...

Parking is terrible. It's a parking garage around the corner and up the street. There is no way to enter the hotel from the parking garage. When it's 35 degrees the last thing you want to do is lug 4pcs of luggage and your family down the road and around the corner to the only entrance.

Thank you for the remodel compliment. For future we have a loading zone in front of the hotel where you can come in and check in then make arrangements for your vehicle. We understand and no one wants to walk too far in the cold. Please come visit again and thank you for staying with us.

Lobby area under construction, discontinued breakfast and room service. Maid cleaned room when there was a "Do not disturb" sign left out. I think that there should be a a disclaimer on the website stating: "Hotel remodeling:, : 'Breakfast no longer offered." To their credit we were given a room upgrade after "asking"

Sorry that the renovations were a disturbance. Our main goal is to make it better for everyone. Unfortunately we have discontinued the complimentary continental breakfast but are always happy to help with suggestions and directions. There are many choices in this neighborhood. Hopefully you will give us another chance and visit again. Thank you for your patronage.

We enjoyed our stay here to see the Cubs play, which is within walking distance and there are several nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as shopping. We felt very safe in this area, my only request to the hotel is more shelves in bathroom, huge sink and room but no space to put things in bathroom...

Thank you for staying with us while in Chicago for the Cubs. It is a fun neighborhood and even more so when the Cubs are at home. Wrigley Field is just blocks away. Sorry about the space issues. We are in a vintage building so almost every room is a little different. Contact the front desk on your next visit...
