Fitness center is steller, even a pool with a couple lap lanes, two hot-tubs, and a sauna. Executive lounge had better nuts, better coffee machine, better water (bottles available) than the palmer house hilton. Parking is $57 for 24 hours at the hotel garage. Easy check-in.

I stayed at the Hilton Chicago for three nights in early November for the American Medical Association conference. I was given a room on the 21st floor with TWO full bathrooms! The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of dining/drinking options in the lobby and within walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone...

This is a huge hotel that is in a good location within walking distance to the park, the Bean, and the central city zone. Metro lines nearby. We stayed for convenience only. Too busy with people coming and going. Not personal at all. The room was small but adequate. Nothing to really write about - it is an average busy...

Comfortable beds, and I love the rooms with two beds and two bathrooms. Parking is on the expensive side, but that is downtown Chicago for you. My only real complaint about this hotel was when I turned on the shower, a bunch of brown water came out from the faucet. It was much better when I turned the shower on,...

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament as a event hotel and was quite excited about a Michigan Ave landmark for our family. Many elements still feel quite luxurious- old wood decor and design for instance. However I found you have to be careful and insistent that you get what you pay for. We booked and paid 2 queens with two...

This hotel was clean, comfortable, large, and the staff was very pleasant. Rooms were large, some even had 2 bathrooms. King rooms were large and roomy. Really enjoyed our stay. The history of the hotel is amazing, you can search online or wait until you get there and turn on channel 58 to view the looped video on it history.

<Check in> Quick and hassle free. There is something wrong with the elevators. It would pause for 6-7 seconds before the doors would open. It was just a nuisance. <Room> Room size was decent (#802). Furniture in the room is definitely dated and worn out. Had complimentary wifi which was a plus point. Speed was OK and you could connect...

From arrival to departure I was treated like a VIP from every member of staff I encountered. Room was large and immaculate. I did enjoy a lake view from an upper floor. There was a large convention in progress, but this only presented an issue if the elevators were all in use.

Classic meets cool as Hilton Chicago embarks upon a $150 million renovation in celebration of our 85th birthday. The fresh, new vibe inspired by traditional, design rich elements pulls its inspiration from the hotel’s original architecture and intertwines a dynamic and contemporary spin. With the renovation underway, the hotel has already introduced over 400 new guest rooms, 13 new hospitality suites, a new technologically versatile Grab & Go – SNAX and a new restaurant with private dining space and bar – 720 South Bar & Grill. The new contemporary guestrooms have been cultivated with ornamental lacquer finishes, soft leather and rich, bronze wood detailing accented by a cool color palette of velvet and silk textured accents. Guestroom media capabilities include a 37 inch flat screen television, in room touch concierge panel, HCN Navigator computer and wireless and wired internet access. Following a day exploring Chicago, decompress at the largest Chicago hotel athletic club with running track, take a dip in our indoor pool facility or catch some rays on our sundeck during the spring and summer months.Located on Michigan Avenue in the South Loop, the Hilton Chicago is 1.6 miles to McCormick Place, along the Shuttle Route to McCormick Place and the first stop on the returning route from the convention center.
