Great hotel. Got a decent rate, as we attended Whiskey Fest, but stayed 4 nights. very reliable, fast internet, Bluetooth connectivity with TV. Great breakfast buffet. We walked everywhere. Apparently, this is one of the largest Hyatts, and Corporate is local, so maybe that affects the overall service and amenities. Would stay there again.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We were in town for four nights for a large conference. The hotel is right in the middle of the action in this part of town. We slept well as the beds were comfortable and except for the occasional slamming door, the room was very quiet We had a great view, room 1174 and enjoyed watching the boats go by...

This hotel was chosen for our conference of approx 1400 people and I see why. It's a huge facility with all of the right ammenities. Several restaurants of all kinds, valet parking, great taxi service and truly helpful people. I will say we didn't have such good luck with the bellmen. We waited for almost an hour for help before...

My husband surprised me with a one-night stay for my birthday, and I was extremely excited to have a night all to myself to relax. Now, I worked in the hospitality industry at the front desk of a four-star hotel for a number of years, so I tend to have high expectations. Although the Hyatt Regency Chicago is massive, every...

So here is the thing: our stay wasn't bad. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked. Problem? why in the world would you charge 12$ for a bottle of water? I get it, it isn't free, you need to pay for it if you want to drink it. But can you at least make the price a bit...

I stayed at this hotel for an conference I was attending in Chicago. First we had drain issues with the bathroom sink. Which caused me to miss some of my conference. Also my room was not cleaned one day. I expect better service from this hotel.

The location of this hotel is really great, right in the middle of all things you would like to see and do in Chicago, with Magnificent Mile on one side and Millennium Park on the other, and the lake shore in walking distance. The rooms are high class, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Very friendly, smiling and helpful staff eager to assist and answer questions. Especially helpful and kind people: the registration, bellhop and American Craft restaurant staff. Concerning issues: the very odd and space-restricting set-up of the room (affects the view) and the room that it's never clean throughout the stay even upon check-in: carpet matted, walls stained and scraped, corners dusty,...
