The hotel was clean and location was right in the heart of all the activity. The doorman ad concierge were very friendly and had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Tired, room scruffy, tripped over fraying carpet a number of times. asked for 2 pillows which weren’t feather, not one available in the whole hotel! Couldn’t access drum bar, doormen were very rude. Complained about state of room to desk staff, not interested. Lifts tiny...More

Our room was huge compared to others we have stayed at. Location is great, close to restaurants and Magnificent Mile. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. Not easy to get a taxi but the concierge were very helpful.

Had a regular suite in September. Looked like it had a renovation within the last few years in the bathroom area. Not an luxury hotel by any means but definitely stayable and a lot less than other hotels in River North... More

...and yes we had luggage. no problem, there is a luggage rack on bus :-)
