My friend and I visited Kilronan Castle Hotel and Spa as a girls weekend away and birthday trip. Prior to arrival, we requested a 'Castle Room' as we had seen reviews on TripAdvisor that had recommended the Castle Rooms and requested two single beds. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff and immediately felt relaxed due...

We spent 2 very enjoyable and restful days here. The weather outside was wet and windy so we didn't get to enjoy the grounds but maybe next time. Check in was easy and our room was really good, lots of room, big bed and large bathroom. Alas, the TV was a bit on the small side but that's not a...

This will seem pointless, because I haven't stayed here yet, but I wanted to just mention my phone history with this hotel. I booked an overnight stay for myself and my friend. I originally booked for January 23rd, but had to change, so rebooked for the 30th, but caught the flu, and yesterday had to change the booking again. Every...

A relaxing overnight stay at Kilronan Castle. Room was very comfortable. We went for dinner in the drawing room bar which was really comfortable, warm and welcoming. The bar staff and waiters wer extremely friendly but a little unprepared for the numbers looking to eat in the bar. The spa was a very unusual and noisy experience. No robes or...

We spent two nights here, the Castle is in a lovely setting on the lake. Welcome and reception staff were all very good and helpful and any requests we asked for were accommodated. Room was very nice, spacious with a lovely bathroom. They could do with a stand or area to lay a suitcase, as it was only a short...

Had an overnight spa break in this hotel. Staff were very nice and dinner was very good. However, the thermal suite was one of the worst I've ever been in. It was very crowded. The thermal pool was positively cool. Should have been much warmer. One of the niches with jets was not working. The two central jets were badly...

Myself and my sister decided to go to kilronan Castle for our annual post Xmas break instead of our regular spa destination. There was a large charity function on in the hotel upon arrival. For dinner that evening with the drawing room full we were served in the Palm Court area . Food lovely very friendly waitress and great cocktails....
