First, disorganized check in. There was no line, and attendant was taking people by the order they arrived. That's fine, except since there was no line, we didn't where we were in the queue. And some people were outside adding to the confusion. It took about 25 minutes to finally get checked in. Room was clean, but very out of date. Peeling ceiling paint, spots of mold in the bathroom, worn carpet. We stayed 2 nights, and our room was not cleaned after the first night. No new towels, no beds made, no garbage emptied. We would have rehung our towels had they let us no they don't clean every day. It was not posted anywhere, nor stated to us. A/C worked, and check out was quick.
Outdated and smells. No elevator. Attendant was very nice. A few people hanging outside in the rear. Location is good. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money at a better hotel. My daughter recently had surgery. She was unable to climb 3 flights of stairs. The only available room on the first floor was a king bed. We ALL had to sleep in one bed. Not a good trip for me or my family.
Could not get into the front entrance. Kept ringing the bell. After about 10 min someone finally showed up at the desk. Got to Our room and had not been cleaned when we arrived at 11:30 pm after driving a long day. One of the beds had no sheets or blankets. Went to front desk and employee said they had to go searching for some. Only to find out the housekeeping staff took the keys home with them. So we had no blankets for our bed. Luckily we had some in our car and supplied our own. Hotel would not give us any discount either.
Pubes were literally EVERYWHERE here. Piles of them swept into the corners in the bathroom... in the "clean towels," in the shower, everywhere. If you're a fan of pubes, they're free with the room! You'll also be given a smoking room even though you paid for a non-smoking king suite. They'll tell you "just deal with it" at the front desk. If you like the idea of continental breakfast, this one is from the continent of Africa. Specifically, Ethiopia, where all those starving kids come from, because there isn't one, even though you're paying for it. You also get the fresh scent of weed throughout the property, free of charge, remotes that half the buttons don't function on, there was actually a free (dirty) butcher's knife in a dresser drawer in my room. For your listening pleasure, loud drum beats can be heard throughout the night, so don't bring earplugs and miss a moment of the excitement. Definitely a classy place that you want to bring the whole family.…
