The carpet in our room was sticky to walk on. There were spots everywhere. Mildew in the shower and heating/cooling unit. Sheets and towels were stained. A couple of our towels were losing their binding!

Spent one night at this Inn. Booking online in advance was simple and reminder communications were sent a few times before our arrival. You can see the Gateway Arch from the exit where the Inn is located and it is only a 12 minute drive away. Most every hotel in this area was booked full and this one became full after our arrival. The Inn was very clean as were the rooms. Mini refrigerator, small microwave, flat screen tv, and a coffee maker were in the room. We (2 of us) had a room with 2 queen size beds which were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided. There is a small indoor pool and fitness center which we did not use. There were 2 ladies who manned the reception desk at different times and both were very polite and efficient. There normally is a hot continental breakfast available, but due to Covid they only provided muffins, juices, yogurt, oatmeal/hot water (maybe a few other items) which the receptionist would get for you. Convenient and close to St. Louis if you're looking to do the attractions.

This is an older, simple Fairfield with nice little rooms and friendly people. I had a good stay. The room was clean and all was quiet. They provide a list of cold breakfast items (and small juice cans) that you can choose from - and you can’t get your own coffee. Everything is handed to you. One item - dusting isn't really their strong suit!

For boasting that it’s newly renovated, it sure didn't seem like it. First, I will say that it was clean but compared to the other Fairfields we've stayed in, this one was definitely a bit dated. We got a very good deal so in terms of value, we were happy. The bathroom was clean but the sink looked very old and was very scratched. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is small but was quiet for the most part except when the staff did laundry VERY early in the morning next to our room (116) and we were awoken by the loudness right next door. They could do better with the COVID breakfasts. No hot options, no cereal options, no fresh fruit. Bagged muffins, granola bars, fruit cups were the only choices. We've been at other hotels during the pandemic and they did a better job with the grab and go option. We would stay here again because of the value.

By far one of the older and dingy Fairfield’s we’ve stayed in. Room looked like it was from the 80’s. Bed was horrible, toilet handle looked like it was about to fall off and so loud it would wake someone up when you flushed it. Not enough room for luggage -tiny desk and one chair. We stayed at a Fairfield 3 nights before that put this to shame. Would not recommend given there are plenty of other options within blocks.
