Had a very pleasant two night stay. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room very clean and comfortable. Many Covid protocols in place. On site parking was convenient. Great location- close to the el, Northwestern, and the restaurants and shops of Evanston. Good value for the price. Only complaint was that the walls are a little thin so would get some hallway noise.
Great location, close to the city The place was very clean The staff is very professional and helpful I don’t travel much but I’ll definitely recommend this place Loved my stay I’ll be back 5 star’s from me
think my post got deleted. ill keep it short and continue to paste it if its deleted. my fiancé and i were switched out of 2 rooms for a 3 day visit. the 1st room, a few of the outlets were out. the hotel tech came to check and noticed that they didn't work. we got switched into another room . later, my fiancé noticed a silver wrapper on the floor next to the bed. I turned it over and it was a used condom wrapper. we were very disgusted and not pleased. we got switched into another room. we should have left but it was late and didn't want the hassle searching for another room. this room was ok. the sink water ran very slow so we had to brush our teeth and wash our face in the tub. that room was 1103. the room we found the condom wrapper was in room 703 or 603. ............................................................................................................................................................ now since we had an issue with being switched out of 2 room, the manager john waived the parking fee which was great. the next day we received a slip under the door with it being waived. we left and came back and was explained to the clerk at the front desk that the manager waived the parking. she seemed like she wanted to still charge us until we showed her the paperwork with the proof. the next day we got another slip with the parking on the bill. as we were checking out we had to explain to the other clerk who was working at the time, that john had the parking waived. we were very disappointed and disgusted…
We booked our hotel for 4 nights. On our first night, I woke up with large irritated areas that looked like allergies or bug bites on my right inner thigh. I thought it was just allergies because of the pillowcases. On our last night, we decided to check the bed sheet and removed the comforter. Lo and behold, we found 4 bugs crawling on the sheet. We also checked under the bed to see if that’s where the bugs came from and we saw trash (tissue papers and bottle caps). I have pictures as proof
It was a really quick overnight stay, so I didn't get a chance to experience everything the hotel may have to offer. But the price and location were great, the room was really clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. Parking is an additional fee per day, but it wasn't too high. I don't have much else to say because I don't know much more. Upon check-in we were...checked in. That's it. The lady was nice, but she didn't offer up any information at all about the hotel other than to make sure we knew about the parking fee. I have no idea if they have food or if there was breakfast or even a "grab and go" breakfast that most hotels are offering these days. So...there may have been other things to explore....we just weren't told about them.
