We visited this hotel on order to go to Llandudno ski and toboggan centre. The hotel is near a main road and looked a bit dull from the outside. We were impressed we could not hear the road and though we seemed a mile away from reception it was a good spot not to be disturbed by the rather busy...

On arrival we unknowingly passed the receptionist at the main entrance smoking a cigarette. When we got to our room it smelled terrible, the towels stunk and hadn't been clean, and there was rubbish including personal information from the people who had been staying in the room 2 weeks before our stay. There room was also freezing even when the...

Stayed overnight on Friday with wife and son. They arrived first as I was coming up from a business trip in London and although I had booked and paid, there was no problem with my wife checking in. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, nice large wall-mounted TV to keep boy quiet and plenty of room. Everything clean and tidy as...

We weren't thrilled to be staying in a Premier Inn over Christmas, but it was actually quite lovely. Staff were great, room was huge, shower was amazing! Made our trip much, much better! Not sure we have stayed in a friendlier hotel!

This is the 4th time my husband and I have had a new year break at Premier Inn Glan Conwy and once again we were not disappointed! We were allocated a lovely quiet room in the annexe which as usual was spotlessly clean with everything we could ask for. Great shower with constant hot water, controllable heating, fresh towels every...

This was our first visit to the Glan Conwy premier Inn as we usually stay at the one on the little Orme. Glan Conwy maintains the usual high standards of premier inn with efficient and very helpful reception staff supported by lovely clean rooms. We were in the adjoining annexe and although next to the A55 had no issues with...

Our stay in the Glan-Conwy Premier Inn was all we expected it to be. Clean, co for table, pleasant rooms with excellent beds, good, if not perfect, soundproofing and just a ten minute journey into Llandudno itself. We were more than happy but as for the attached Brewers Fayre I would not recommend this at all. It was dirty, service...

This hotel is pretty typical of Premier Inns and it's in a good location if you're visiting Conwy, Llandudno and the surrounding area. Rooms are functional and beds comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful enough. The hotel's right next to the main A55 road though so, if you want to be sure of a good night's sleep, ask for...

Came here for 1 night. It is great at what it does. Very comfy beds, nice food and a stones throw from the town. Would definately use again if I was in the area. Also the staff in the hotel and ajoining pub are very welcoming and friendly

Staff brilliant and very friendly, always on call. family rooms very generous in size, no air conditioning but this time of year not a problem. Made everything easy considering we have a disabled son in a wheelchair. Restaurant very busy so didn't bother with evening meal but breakfast was spot on, very clean
