I go through Mt. Carmel every December, and the outside of the place hasn't changed in 10 years. I stayed there once, and once was enough. Would only do it if there was no other choice (and be sure to pack disinfectant).
Would never give 3 stars, but it was $35, taxes included. So I can say that quality matches the price.
