Everything met or exceeded my expectation except you can tell the hotel is a bit dated. Also, it is a trek to downtown, especially with traffic. The lap pool is pretty nice as well as a very large hottub.

Stayed two nights for business conference. The rooms were nice and spacious with lots of closet space, safe and large bathroom. Kassandra at check in was very helpful and genuinely cheerful. This was my third stay on property. The Hearth Lounge was comfortable and service was great. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Piazza restaurant. Overall a wonderful stay.

This location has a resort feel. The grounds are beautiful...especially in the summer with the lovely flower gardens. The pool, the fitness, the steam room are fabulous. I have stayed several times. The restaurants are very lovely as well.

This hotel is attached to McDonald's University, which is a bit of fun. The property is well maintained, well staffed, and serves food that is far above my expectations for a conference-centric hotel. A lot of good things to say. Now for the bad: the sheets on our king bed were cobbled together from double bed sheets. That meant that...

When I first stayed at The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus, I thought I found my second home, since I got a nice room with a small patio, and I like the swimming pool & the hot tub. Unfortunately, my initial planned to always stay at this hotel every single week for a year project in Chicago, was immediately changed...
