We aim for nothing more but to leave our guests nothing more but great memories to remember- of Oakbrook Terrace, and our hotel. But reading through your review, I am sorry that our hotel didn't match what you had experienced with us. I was stricken that your son has lost his earrings in the room. The issues with the shower drain and housekeeping service fell below the usual norm. I have read that you seek assistance from our staff but didn't get the right answers as of this time. Did anyone else with major complaints get any help from front desk or management? The manager on duty was completely rude and blamed me for not knowing that a band would be playing outside my room until midnight. Told me that signs were posted in the parking lot warning us about loud music. UGH... Left messages THREE times for general manager. He never called back. Management reply to all negative reviews on Trip Advisor is all the same. Why would I return to give them another chance?

You have a ton of bad reviews. Why are you still in business? I am very concerned about the bed bugs and bringing them home from your hotel. The front desk manager, Daisy, was not helpful in alleviating any of my concerns. She indicated there has been no confirmed sighting. I want to cancel!!! I refused to stay in a nasty bug infested hotel...I have a small child.
Thanks for your concerns. I can assure you that we do not have any of those issues at our property. The room was inspected by a 3rd party and nothing was found so you can rest assured you will have a great stay with us!
