Great place in the middle of the Takhek loop. Overnight BBQ, social place, good food, beds are not that comfortable though.. The people working there are very nice! We did a boat trip with the boss around the nearby lakes and it was amazing. Stayed here again on the way back during the loop, great!!!

We stayed at the guesthouse for one day, was a nice night with a good barbecue. We went on a boot tour in the morning with the owner to look at the sunset, it was amazing! But the best thing about this guesthouse and owner has yet to come. We left the day after and about 5km out my friend...

Great guesthouse to stay at when travelling the Thakhek loop... gorgeous views across the lake... all you can eat buffet was wonderful as we sat around the campfire sharing stories with fellow travellers doing the loop. Perfectly situated after a days riding from Thakhek if travelling anti-clockwise. Staff were great and fun and made everyone feel welcome and went out...

We arrived here after a long day on the motorbike just before dark and were happy they had rooms left. I'm writing the review from a 40.000 KIP room rate in mind. Room: 8/10 For 40.000 KIP we had a private bungalow. There are some holes in the floor (its on stilts) and bugs might crawl in, we didn't see...

Like many others, I stopped by Sabaidee for a night while on the loop. The temperature when I was there dipped to as low as 12 degrees Celsius and the fire in the middle of the garden was a warm welcome (no pun intended) to everyone there. The room was very affrodable. I paid about 30,000 Kip for my dormitory...

This place is welcoming gift after driving your bike the whole day. Staff is friendly, it's clean and they have rooms for every budget. 50.000 for a double room with private bathroom or you can get a tent for less. The only thing the can improve is the mattress, but that's a Lao thing I guess. We had worse than...

Wonderful owner and staff. Amazing place and amazing barbeque dinner. It was a pleasure stay at Sabaidee after a long motorbike tour...i will never forget the nights spent there! The only "bad" thing is to be carefull during the night to turn off the lights of the room because of the insects :| it's a problem all around wild places...

We stayed at Sabaidee Guesthouse on the first night of the Tha Khaek loop and it was fantastic. The rooms are very well priced and despite being basic, are pretty comfortable. The food is great and they offer a bbq in the evenings which was delicious. The location of the guesthouse is excellent for the first night of the loop....
