We stayed on September 10,2015. Great reception even though we had no reservations. Refuge was wonderful, comfortable and clean. The wood stove was a saviour, meal was great! Wonderful company especially the campers (two French girls) that helped us with their map. And of course Julien, the guardian,who helped us get back on track with his great suggestions of the...

This is one of the best refuges in the Pyrenees. Superb setting, wonderful food & a warm welcome from 2 great guardians. I have stayed here on several occations over the past few years & the standard has always been of the highest

A great place surrounded by dramatic moutains and in the middle of several lakes around which kids can really appreciate nature while having a lot of fun (albeit when the weather permits it). Food is homemade daily at the refuge itself from fresh products. Price of food and drinks are reasonable considering supplies arrive by helicopter or are carried by...

A 3-hour walk to the heart of the National Wildlife Reserve Orlu, 1970 m altitude, in the shelter Beys enjoys a particularly favorable for the discovery of part of the Upper Ariège. Besides the many ponds (more than 30 in a 4 km radius around the refuge) is especially landscape diversity that characterizes this "border" between the Ariège deep valleys and altiplane Cerdan Pyrenees Orientales.
