1st let me say Nancy Nestor at Customer service is amazing, a stellar and thorough employee and truly a joy to be around, she is dedicated and so hard working, Prior to our arrival I had questions, based on trip advisor reviews, so I emailed Nancy before out arrival and she answered all of my questions and concerns via email. She even checked in on us during our 9 day stay. Our room and view was absolutely so beautiful when I saw the view I thought I would cry. We will definitely be back and request the exact same room. Our butler - Marlon was outstanding, since I have dietary issues he and Nancy arranged for my husband and I to meet with he chef with our butler in our room. That was almost unheard of. We could not have been treated any better by Nancy and Marlon. If we needed something or had a question Marlon was there to take care of it. He was an amazing butler and a true standout. We enjoyed chatting with him as well. There were no issues with our room. Our turndown steward, Marcia(hope I got this right) she is responsible for the entire hideaway block she does more than just turn down the beds. She empties trash and replenishes towels and removes towels. Our maid Denise took care of our room adequately. Sometimes we had a strange smell in our room when returning to the room for the day but our butler Marlon took care of this immediately on those 2 occasions. We were also able to communicate with both butlers via Whats app. Our other butler was Rornell and he was responsive through Whats app. Marlon made sure all of our dinner reservations were made and spoke with the restaurant about the dietary restrictions. He made sure our room service orders were scheduled and delivered as well as our lunch orders. He made sure our cabana reservations were made and he ensured we had a beach cabana for the day by placing items in the beach cabana for us. I was apprehensive about this resort given the many negative reviews. I am not sure where or how they came about. Were there a few service hiccups? Sure that is to be expected when dealing with volumes of people. We were staying at the hideaway in a diamond club room. Oh and I can not forget all of the amazing restaurant staff members who assisted us. Our chef and waitress during the Culinary chef experience and the staff, including the chef at Dorado seafood grill. My main issue was the restaurants were so hot, I thought they did not have A/C. I was amazed that they had no fans circulating air. Only on my last evening dining did I find out they had air when I asked why they have no ceiling fans circulating the air. Thats when I was told the did in fact have AC. The property manager needs to turn on the AC in the morning and then have ceiling fans circulating the air all day so the restaurants are not HOT and are cool for the staff and guests. Everyone, guests and staff members were sweating. No this is not the fault of the staff for sweating as they are required to wear appropriate uniforms. I was in summer resort wear and still sweating. So they truly need to rectify the hotness in the restaurants for both staff and guests. I was told the AC could not keep up in the heat. That is not true because in the coffee/icre bar the AC was perfectly adequate. BY the way the ice cream was fabulous - the cherry chocolate and the Pistachio, wow so very very good. The lobster at the Dorado may 1st evening was phenomenal. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Another minor service issue: just make sure cigars are available during the day for guests who would like one. We truly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oh and thanks to our cabana butler Marlon who was also outstanding. Must be something about those name Marlon in St. Lucia.

We ended up here when Air Antilles went bust and we had to get a ferry back from Guadeloupe early. While the hotel looks nice enough, nice pool and right on the beach, there is something dodgy going on. We both ended up with a weird rash on our arms as did another family. Doctors in the UK were not convinced this was bed bugs, as the location was more a contact dermatitis. We saw them spraying rooms with insecticide, I wonder if they spray the pool furniture as arms not on towels has a severe pox like reaction. Not ideal. I wish we had seen a local doctor. We did have nice food in the Al La Carte restaurant, and we did have a nice room - I think some have been done up, but many apparently need that face lift.

Not worth the 4/5 star rating. Lucia lovely island, this hotel however is not worth spending your hard earned money on. In desparate need of updating. Staff on the ground made the best of what they have to work with but upper management need to sent for customer service training.

. Although the resort is at a great location ,it needs a new face lift. Staff lack professionalism and are not honest. Visible mold in the dining room , no hot water , bed bugs , and poor management. The food here is horrible , every morning the same breakfast was served. Not to mention during my stay at the resort , my friend and I broke out into a horrible rash. During my stay in June literally every guest had the same complaint ( no hot water ) . Rude staff and refuse to provide me with a refund. Only agree to provide me with a refund of one night , however I would have to sign a full and final release and covenant . I refuse to sign , because it indicates if I accept refund unable to leave a poor review. As a travel agent wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay here.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Mystique St. Lucia and it was a very underwhelming experience for the both of us. The resort is more like a hotel, very small and 0 entertainment, 1 pool, limited shaded areas and the staff includes about 10 people. We spent 4 nights at the resort and saw a 5 min fire dance show….that was the extent of the entrance. There are ants swarming the entire place. There were even ants in our room. We found one in the bed! The dining hall has very limited food options and cats roaming around nightly. One night the cat rubbed against my leg while eating! The final straw for me was when we saw a cockroach crawling across the floor while eating. The dining hall has mold in the ceiling and chipped paint. The pool is dirty! There was lots of sand at the bottom, broken tiles and the bar was dirty and damaged. Our room was HOT and in dire need of renovations. We didn’t feel cool air until the late night hours, no matter how high we turned up the air conditioner. The furniture in the room and throughout the resort is old and dirty. I wouldn’t send my dog to Mystique for vacation. Anyone who gives this place a 10 has to be paid off!

Where do I even start! The staff are the best staff at any hotel I’ve EVER been to. They’re all friendly and polite and each and everyone of them go above and beyond to make your stay as special as they can. The WiFi isn’t the best in the rooms themselves but by the pool, lobby and restaurants it’s amazing, but in all honestly with the amazing views, food and drink here you don’t need the WiFi haha. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are always clean and tidy. I’d definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!!! I’ll definitely be coming back to the magical Mystique!!!

We booked this hotel through TUI for 10 nights early August. If anyone is thinking of booking the resort on an all inclusive basis and has seen the photos then please think again. They must have been taken pre Covid as the hotel is in a state of repair, the food is awful and the entire place seems to be managed on a very tight budget. TUI know all about this and choose to do nothing even though they receive multiple complaints. The hotel management are constantly dealing with complaints and every time I see a review there is a stock answer which must be part of their script. One couple had a rat in their room and were moved to another Royalton resort close by on the proviso that they did not speak to the media... I however did not so potential guests need to know what's going on. The all inclusive part is not what we have experienced in the past. Terrible food, very little choice, they lie about having 3 restaurants, the al a carte restaurant that is advertised is only open on certain days and you have to book in advance, which we did and our food arrived cold. All in all, whatever you do DO NOT book this hotel on any holiday website... I am speaking from experience!

I agree with another reviewer Reba R. However, I will be sharing everything with the St Lucia tourist board, BA, Blue Diamonds Resorts and Royalton as a starter. The Mystique management team have taken the title as the worsted management team I have every come across without question. I need to write this to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my 14 night stay at the resort. The staff on the ground are royally let down by the management and managing agents Blue Diamonds. Given this was my first time stay in St Lucia (fantastic Island outside the resort), I was shocked by the subpar experience I encountered during this visit. In fact this was the worst experience ever, business or pleasure. Each day (over the 14 days) offered several levels of disappointment but yet again the staff on the ground managed to pull the rabbit out of the hat (Carlton, Janice, Houston, Troy, maintenence guy and others thank you for your service) 1st hour on site you are greeted with a subpar room, damp smell, broken patio doors, dirty furnishings and list goes on. The next morning one of my party was greeted by an unprofessional and disinterested front desk staff member. Their lack of courtesy and attentiveness compounded the already negative tone for the stay. Moreover, it took an excessive amount of time for one of my party to be moved into another subpar room. In total she moved 3 times with no care of the quality of the rooms offered. The dissatisfaction continued as services levels were unacceptable for a resort with Royalton reputation and caliber. This further shows me the lack of care or professionalism from the management team and managing agents Blue Diamond. I could continue to write this based on my disappointment. However, 10 days in I also contracted a rash up my arms along with others who stayed at the resort. So, on investigation after returning home the rash has been diagnosed as Scabies. This is highly infectious condition spread by mites. So, if Reba R is a local and nothing to do with my party, there must be an issue within the resort, which should be seen as a duty of care to guests and staff alike. Given the infectious nature of Scabies, I have been requested by a doctor to provide the treatment to all family members in my house hold (including members who did not travel with me). In light of the uncountable setbacks, issues and the on-going treatment. I felt compelled to write this review to highlight the 14 nights holiday from hell, which is still giving after returning home. I did not include the cockroaches, leaking aircon units, lack off supplies etc etc. However, I want to trust that Mystique management, Blue Diamonds and Royalton take these concerns, feedback or review seriously and address them promptly. To be honest i don't expect a response to this very fact based review, but it would be greatly appreciated.

Frustrated does not even describe how I am feeling right now.... From August 18th to 20th, myself and my family spent a weekend at Mystique St. Lucia. This is our second year vacationing there and both years, we stayed in room 2238 (for reference). The first time we stayed there, the experience was amazing. This time around, not so much. Before I begin to rant, the staff was amazing, helpful, pleasant, and if an error occurred, they were very quick in resolving the issue. Now, onto the issue I'm experiencing. From August 19th, I have had an itch all over my body that I could not explain. It was very minor, but it was there. Mind you, I was still at the resort. The night before that, I found a few bugs on the bed, but thought they might have entered the room since we had the door to our balcony open. On the 21st, I woke up an I was covered in bedbug bites (literally covered). My first reaction was sending an email to the sales rep who assisted with the booking, however, she's on vacation, so I called the resort. The receptionist answered, but was busy laughing with someone, which resulted in him terminating the call. I had to call 2 additional times, I asked why he ended the call, he said he didn't (which was a lie). So I asked for a supervisor or manager who can assist with my issue. He said no one is available. I then sent another email with pictures of my body and all the bites. Poor response in their email stating that my claim was "disproved". I called the resort, another receptionist answered, I explained my issue, she said hold on, and came back saying, "our room does not have bedbugs, so it could be an allergic reaction to something else". I told her this is not an allergic reaction. She proceeded in taking my number and also my name, and claimed that a manager will be reaching out to me. I am not one to complain, I usually go with the flow because I know life is already difficult, and hotel workers are working under pressure. However, my main concern was to have someone investigate room 2238 to see if there's an infestation. The unfair treatment may be because I am a local, and maybe that's why I am treated this way. Local or not, I paid my money to stay at the resort just as anyone else. I am thankful that my son did not get any bites, since he had another bed made up for him during our stay. Please @Mystique St. Lucia, I am seeking a resolution on this matter.

We had a great day pass from Greta making the reservation to Jennifer at the front desk fabulous welcome. The guys at the pool bar to the restaurant staff. I must say we enjoyed. The only thing there was no wings at the outside restaurant I miss my chicken please add back to the menu.
