Nice setting, good welcome. Not busy when we were there but may have been due the the steamer not running. Service was good, freshly prepared sandwiches and nice sausage roll. Reasonably priced. Worth a stop in past 👍🏻

I stayed in the hotel but there is no lift and bedrooms are upstairs. I don’t know about the annex.
