We stayed at The Cart Shed, a lovely spacious cottage for two people. Modern, open plan living area, with well equipped kitchen. Wood stove (first basket of wood provided) to compliment the under floor heating. Very friendly, considerate and helpful owners, who are their if required. Cottage ideally located, with in walking distance of two local pubs, and is in...

Stayed at the Cow Byre which sleeps 4 pax. Cottage was lovely, spacious and warm. Milk and butter in the fridge upon arrival. The cottages are all attached to each other but we hardly heard or saw our neighbours and based on the full car park, I'm sure they were fully booked. One thing to be aware of is the...

My husband and I had a lovely midweek break in The Cartshed. Beautifully clean and so well thought out little cottage. Steve the owner was lovely, not over the top just there if you needed him. Fantastic under floor heating. Easy access into Bath and surrounding area. Would recommend.

More spacious than the photos! They had everything you needed, were really lovely and efficient when answering my hundreds of questions, gave us an extra single bed on request and the whole experience was just lovely. We stayed in the Sheep Shed. It had beautiful surroundings, was super quiet and relaxing, and it had all the facilities we needed (even...

So glad I stubbled across new leaf farm while organising a getaway for myself and 4 friends. It was perfect for what we needed. We stayed Friday to Monday in the sheep shed which sleeps 6. We loved that the cottages feel like they are in the middle of the countryside, but it is easy to walk to bath in...

An immaculately clean barn conversion. The Stables was perfect for us. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The fridge was huge and there was a freezer, washer and dishwasher. The double rooms were large and the furniture of a very good standard. Loved the freebies-flowers, butter, bread, biscuits, tea, sugar, chocolate, newspaper -these people had thought of everything! The...

Just got back after a wonderfully sunny week in Bath. The Stables were beautiful and and the extra touches of flowers and basic welcome groceries were a lovely touch. There were five of us staying, two kids age 11 and 7, myself and hubby and my mum and there was plenty of room. Maybe a longer sofa would be a...

Beautiful place, amazing location. Green spaces and lovely town 5minutes to Bath. It was beautiful walking along the Canal. Fantastic rooms, very clean and with a special attention to details. Everything you need to hand!

...for walking into Bath and along the canal, however, we were disturbed by the traffic noise. The tree barrier did little to dampen the road 'hum', in fact it was so noisy we thought it was rain drumming on the roof. Perhaps we are over-sensitive to noise as other reviewers didn't find it an issue. That aside, the interior of the...
