I found a St. Patrick's High Tea that the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce had this year. Wouldn't be surprised if it's an annual event. If so, it's probably the best you're going to find in E. Central Illinois. There are just no reputable tea rooms around. (I'm from the area originally, and was curious so I asked around.)
