    Amazing Hotel
    Hotel is very clean. Service is amazing and the hotel staff is very helpful and polite. We always get a good nights sleep beds are very comfortable and fire place provides a very romantic and cozy atmosphere. Love staying here.

    Very neat and clean facility with polite staff. It is very accessible. There are complimentary beverage service during early evening hours which is bonus. Nice and safe spacious parking. Will stay again. Would recommend ev charging point if possible.

    Great Stay!
    This is a nice, quite hotel with friendly staff. Our family enjoyed the evening reception, hot breakfast and cookies in the lobby! They seem to be doing some remodeling and updating, but we were not bothered by any of it.

    My mom and dad are coming there for their anniversary now! My mom has been looking at pictures of the rooms on TripAdvisor all morning....how can I request their room with the petals, towel birds and a double shower...to surprise them when they get there?

    Do you have a shuttle to O'Hare?
    Hi Roland H, Our shuttle only travels within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. O'hare is just a little to far. We do have negotiated rates with local cab companies in the area.     How far is O'hare? Is it reasonable to use taxi or shuttle there?
    We are 13 Miles away from O'Hare. I would suggest using American Taxi. Their rates are very much spot on coming to Schaumburg.

    Hi Parisvue, After talking to a couple cab drivers the fare should be no more the $5-$10 USD. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
