Rental Car Window Smashed !! Everything Stolen from Car !!! BED BUGS, Fleas & Ticks, Bitten the Children, Wife & Me. Dirty, Filthy, Cruddy, Polluted STINKY Marijuana & Skunk Smell like Heroin, Meth & burnt Crack plus Everywhere is "Smokey" Lobby & rooms. Very, Very UNSAFE !!!! Motel with Much Trash, TRASH EVERYWHERE left outside of many doors and in lobby Over Night !! Everyday for Two Weeks !!! Very Unsafe ! Crazy Unfriendly Staff. I asked, only Collect Trash, Once a Week from Dumpster !!! No Sleep for the Weary Traveler Loud Rap Music from Cars at 2:20 am Shaking Windows of our hotel room then Gang Members get in Fight in Parking Lot. When I try to discuss with Staff, Jorge, Eduardo and even Security Guard Mike they act Very Defensive saying "Not a Problem." Are you making Jokes to me ? This is Very Big Problem !!!! Most Very Unprofessional, Rude & Disrespectful Lazy and Vulgar Employees. Please Do Not use curse words ( in front of my children) I Called Corporate Headquarters at 1.855.787.9864 I told the General Manager Mr. Antrone J. McIntosh to fire Employees who use curse words and bad words in front of children. He did not, I beat his children were there listening to bad words he would b upset Also. Mr Antrone thinks his Employees who r Rude, Lazy and Always on the Mobile Cell Phones can do no wrong. Pleazzzzzze, they are Uneducated, Rude , Uncivilized, Lazy, and most Importantly they are Uncaring. Again I ask you to fire them, because if someone takes legal action, it is documented that you knew there was a problem and did nothing about it, I believe you r lazy to, or you Think u can't possible find anybody better. Again, pleazzzzzze !!!! You Have a Serious Bad Bed Bug Poblem!! and looking back at Honest Reviews,This Hotel and You Personally know and have had a Serious Bad Bed Bug Problem and are at Fault for Not Correcting it. I found Mention of Bed Bugs by Searching "Bed Bugs" in review and have had ongoing problem for Years !!! This place is not like the movie Griswold's Family Vacation it is a Dump that we were hoping for. This motel is not even up to standards for the homeless like people with Horrible B.O. or Body Order and for a skinny drug user looking type person who looked to me like she was seriously sick , maybe she had AIDS or Hepatitis C, but she was yelling and Arguing with Mercedes about her room having Bugs and was Dirty. Made everyone, all the Guest in Lobby Uncomfortable. Crazy Unstable Mercedes was Yelling and Screaming at Woman. Several Vehicles windows were Broken that weekend. This motel is Trashy, Bed Bug and Filthy, Bad Unsafe Area, with Rude, Unprofessional and Disrespectful Employees who doesn't care. In Germany the Department of Government regarding Health Would Condemn this business and Knock it Down !!! desk clerk Jorge is Unprofessional, Rude, Uncivil, Lazy [because on Mobile Device looking at Inappropriate Videos instead of Dealing with Customers] Very Disrespectful and Give Horrible, Horrible the Worst Customer Service in the World. Room was Clean, NOT !!! not even close Room was = Dirty, UNCLEANED, Filthy, Mucky, Yucky, UNSANITARY Dingy and because of the drugs and men dressed as women prostitute staying at this hotel is X-rated, Enjoyed my Stay, Not !!! Never Enjoyed even 1 minutes, Impossible to Enjoy here, unless you do drugs but employee go around at night Screaming "who ever is smoking pot", I call the police, which Ana never did, they just spray some Wired maybe it is my opinion it is not safe and might be Toxic ? Spray Just because u "Spray" lobby & hallways DOES NOT MAKE hotel clean !!!

Bed Bugs & Fleas, family & children were bitten Again. For the Very last three days of our American Vacation stayed by the Airport. This Motel 6 was Very Dirty, Smelled of Dog Urine and Marijuana Skanky Skunk Smell. Rude Employees named George or maybe Jorge and Eduardo and Anytime J. McIntosh is the uncaring, Rude and very, very Disrespectful General Manger, who needs to be retrained by the Owners or let go so he can collect the dole. Employees were always on mobile device instead of cleaning or helping guests. Filthy and Dirty and Very Noise Loud Place, none will get rest here,Stay Away unless u want a run down, smelly and want to Smoke Much Marijuana.

Stay Away I went to Chicago for the first time on Fri September 23 2020 to attend a friend’s wedding. I Staying at the Bridgeview, Motel 6 because I stayed here cause close to Friends House. I read negative reviews about this location prior to booking, however based on prior experience with motels in america. decided to book. I made a big mistake this is not a very good motel. I wish I would have listened to bad reviews and not go to this location. I reserved a non smoking room because of issues that I have with allergies and the smell of smoke in general. When I checked into my room at around 10:30, I walked in a room that clearly smelled like smoke of cigarettes and weed, there was burned cigarette marks all over the bed spread, the pillows on the bed were not clean and one had what appear to be blood stains. I immediately went to the front desk to inform them about the state of the room. I was told by the receptionist that there are no other rooms available, instead of changing the sheets they gave me a sheet to take back to the room that didn’t look much cleaner than what was already on the bed. Then I found BED BUGS At 11 at night there were two other guests in line with similar complaints. I didn’t have a choice but to sit in the room all night because I refused to lay in the bed and didn’t have an option to go elsewhere that late a night with my lack of familiarity with the area. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

I was perhaps a bit hasty in my assessment in my previous review as I was a little aggravated by the immediate circumstances of my arrival and subsequent registration. That said, and in the interest of fairness/objectivity, I now find myself obliged to re-assess my initial impressions. Broadly, the service itself was very good; the general working staff were always polite, helpful and easy enough to work with, happy to not come into my room, if asked. Beyond that, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, the furnishings in surprisingly good condition, comparatively modern and fully functional. The ice machine was consistently in good working order. The lobby, hallways and outside premises were always presentable. The interior of the enclosed building was always quiet and clean, and I saw nothing in the way of the usual police-attracting antics; I didn't a single police car the entire 7 days I was there as there; unusual for a low-cost motel, regardless of location. Conversely, the TVs are too small, not wall-mounted and come with a very limited remote. The dish or cable reception is distorted, reminiscent of the pre-digital days of rabbit-eared (antenna) TV sets. The internet, too, was a nightly problem/irritant; however, from what I understand, this is being presently addressed. On the whole, the Elk Grove Motel 6 is a very good, safe and problem-free motel, and certainly an excellent deal for the modest price, conveniently located just minutes from O' Hare airport.
