Patty at the front desk was amazing. She knew I was very upset with my experience at a Quality Inn about 20 mins away, where they double charged me and still wouldn't let me stay. Patty set me up with a room right away, gave easily understandable instructions to everything around the hotel and how to get to our room. I make this trip frequently with my 1 year old son because he has to go to Shriners Children's Hospital. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future.

Ive stayed here maybe 2-3 times and every time theres a problem. Never again. I left in the morning knowing I wouldn’t return until very late at night. Switched rooms (due to another problem) so I asked front desk to recode my key. Get back at 1am. Keys not working. Also asked front desk to give me more soap because there weren’t any in the shower. They only provide a small bar soap for washing hands. Also asked for an extra towel because there were just 2. Upon my return, NOTHING. They gave me a room with two beds which I assumed would be queens. No. They were surely double beds and hard as a rock. Woke up with back pains.

Called the hotel directly for reservation, but was told I did it through a third party . Arrived, computers were down. Was not told where our rooms were at, no info on the hotel, did not state that their would not be room service. Here we go...found some 'flower' on the floor in the room, air conditioning did not work, room was dirty, no clean towels or toilet paper, outlets did not work in bathroom. Every time I called to inquire about the situation, went straight to voicemail. Could not sleep due to the noise from long-term guests that went on until 3am. I went to the front desk to get towels, etc., and voice concern - restrooms from my room to the front desk were CLOSED, extremely dirty throughout. Order food from Bar Louie, they stated it would be 25 minutes, 2 1/2 hours later food arrived cold, I had ordered two drinks, they never arrived. I called Bar Louie 3x's, no answer, had to leave a voicemail..BTW, no voicemails were ever returned. Went to speak to the manager of Bar Louie - Saturday night 6/12/2021, he stated he would refund...still waiting as of 4 days later. Upon check out, I stated how horrible the hotel was along with service, the front desk gal told me that I had made the reservation through a third party...no...I called the hotel directly and was transferred to make my reservation. The front desk clerk said there was nothing she could do. Found my reservation online, called that number. Expressed what had happened, my concerns, etc., they stated it would take 7 days to hear anything back. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Not kidding! Do not stay here at all. I feel like it was a TOTAL SCAM....want to see how? Book a room...

Hi F187YEtaral, Thank you for your comments concerning your experience at our property. As we continually strive for excellence in customer service during this difficult time, we maintain the ideal of keeping guest satisfaction as our top priority. I’m sorry to see your lodging experience with us was less than impressive due to the general upkeep of the room and amenities, the hotel bar experience, and the level of customer service you received. I will share your feedback with the appropriate department, where great attention will be paid to the matter. I also sent you a private message to ask for more information about your stay. We value your time and business with IHG Hotels and Resorts. I look forward to your response. Warmest regards, Zel N. Case Manager IHGService

The most important part of a hotel is that it's quiet. The doors slam shut on the first floor (where they put me). I ended up leaving early, not staying the night as the noise was unacceptable. They also charged my credit card for an unknown reason despite using points to book the night. I was literally in the room for 3 hours and did not take anything when I left. In fact, they were missing tissues and toiletries in the room - maybe they thought I took stuff when it was them that forgot to place the standard items prior. Didn't feel like talking to them which is a waste of my time so I'm disputing with my credit card co. The staff is apathetic, pretty bad attitudes. The hotel itself is ugly and dated on the inside. Pretty much one of the most surreal / ridiculous experiences I've had in any hotel. Just save yourself the headache book another one.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, but I expect more from an IHG property--more than two bath towels in the room, more than one regular K-cup and one decaf K-cup, more than one bar of soap, and more than zero boxes of tissues. A welcome from the desk clerk would be nice, too. The hotel is convenient to where I needed to be--if that's not an issue for you, you may want to look elsewhere.
